Well, I have been taking the daily dose of two a day. To date, it has not improved or helped my vertigo. Will finish the bottle, but will probably not reorder unless I see some relief. I am on my 4th week of severe vertigo and was hoping this would help, but unfortunately, nothing yet.

Didn't work out for me
I took the medicine for one week. I had zero vertigo attacks or falls. Trouble is I spent most of each day feeling like I was recovering from a hangover. Doing that long term didn't appeal to me even if it did prevent vertigo.

Incredible fast and fast acting product!
