Since I don't have a tablet, I needed a mount for my laptop so I could stream piano training videos, techniques, etc. I chose Mount-it for its longer than average arm height/length that could be easily attached to my keyboard's stand.Easy to assemble, but further adjustments (if needed) will have to be made with tools (not by hand) once it's mounted. For me, that's not an issue. Fits securely on the keyboard stand's back bar. (I purchased some black rubber adhesive strips so the clamp wouldn't scratch the stand's metal.) Overall, I'm quite satisfied.

Overall impression is B for materials quality, e.g. steel frame, no missing parts, even some extras for mounting monitor screen instead of the laptop, intuitive and fairly easy assembly, good assembly guide with pictures.Here are the issues that I had:- If you have thinner desk top you have to attach bottom bracket one hole closer than shown in description because the clamp screw is not long enough;- There clamp to the desk has huge knob which may interfere with the desk that has a frame around the perimeter of the top. I was unable to clamp all the way because I could not turn the knob 360 deg. Eventually I had to replace the knob+screw with a bolt of the same length and the thread;- If you want to put laptop keyboard at an angle make sure to tape it down around edges or otherwise prevent it from jumping off to the floor. There are no clamps or other options in the design to prevent that.- Finally, the arm is stable enough to do light typing such as entering PW, IDs or simple web search, but not good enough for working with text editors or other heavier typing jobs. I'm using it at full arm length, may be it is better for a shorter arm extension.All that said above and including some DIY I'm generally happy with this purchase, hope my comments help.

I got the product to put my screen projector on it, works great, and I love that I can install and uninstall really quick, I recommend it 100%

Good item. The tilt is a bit loose so I will place a washer to tighten that up.Probably not an issue for the average laptop but since I’m using it in a studio on a drum machine that gets banged on constantly, I want a bit more tension.Still 5 stars!

Works nice for my purpose. But have to tape laptop to it to keep it from falling off cart I have it mounted to.

Bought a new metal frame desk with metal frame hutch. Plan is to utilizer the desk for a dual purpose; i.e., an office and a repair bench for my electronics repair. The Laptop Desk Mount allows me to have a place to use and store my computer, and then pushing it to on side opens up all the desk/bench space I need for my electronics work. Just makes things easier and more convenient.,
