Q: Does Litter-Robot require special litter?

Litter-Robot simply requires clumping litter. We recommend a high-quality, standard-weight, clay-based clumping litter. Some silica gel litter beads and crystals can also be used with Litter-Robot, as long as they pass through the screen.

Q: How many cats can use Litter-Robot?

We recommend up to 4 indoor cats per single Litter-Robot; however, we do have customers with more cats using a single unit. Litter-Robot 4 features an enlarged waste drawer for even more waste capacity, which means emptying is required less often.

Q: What if my cat won't use Litter-Robot?

If you and your cat are not completely satisfied, just return your Litter-Robot within 90 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

Q: Does Litter-Robot have a weight limit?

No, Litter-Robot does not have a weight limit. Size and weight often have little to do with whether a cat will adopt Litter-Robot or not. Whether or not Litter-Robot will be comfortable for a large or fat cat is up to the individual.

Q: How often do I need to empty the waste drawer?

With Litter-Robot 3, once every 10-12 days per one cat is usually sufficient; two cats, twice per week; three cats, every other day. Litter-Robot 4 has an enlarged waste drawer, so you may not need to empty the waste drawer as frequently.

Great service

I was shorted one item and the spray bottle leaked during delivery. They sent me the one item and an additional spray bottle. Not a huge fan of the wipes but the spray is great, recommend wearing nitrile gloves.

Save your money

The price to me is crazy for the cleaning products. The wipes smell bad and do not work well. The spray works better but is alright at best. The only thing I am really using from this package are the bags and odor absorbers.

Great for litter robot!

I've had my litter robot for a few months now and I'm so happy I found this bundle! The wipes and odor trap refills work so well to clean and eliminate smells and the liners fit perfectly in the drawer. I'll be reordering this again in a few months when I run through it all! It shipped and arrived so quickly
