I’ve been using Source Naturals GastricSoothe for a little while, and it really helps calm my stomach when I feel bloated or have that heavy, uncomfortable feeling after meals. It’s gentle, doesn’t cause any side effects, and I notice relief pretty quickly. I also like that the ingredients feel clean and natural — no weird aftertaste or harshness. It’s become something I keep on hand for those days my digestion acts up.

I do not recommend this product there are fillers in this supplement that make it impossible to take for people who are sensitive to allergens or who are on restrictive diets. I've always loved source naturals and have been a fan of their products for many many years but this is unfortunately the last I will buy.

I've had acid reflux since I was a teenager and had 2 gastric and 1 duodenal ulcer at age 25. Several years later, I'm on preventative medications--daily Prevacid and Zantac as needed.
