Finally, an unsweetened electrolyte drink!
I need to be drinking electrolytes due to a medical condition. Unfortunately, most artificial sweeteners both taste gross to me and upset my stomach. Until now, I've been stuck drinking full sugar gatorade, and getting annoyed every time I tried a new drink mix that proudly advertised "no artificial sweeteners!" only to find out they used tons of stevia (which I also can't tolerate) instead. Not this one! IT IS NOT SWEET, which is preferable to me. The liquid mixes into my water and other drinks easily, and the flavor is very mild - just a slight lemony tang, very inoffensive. I can drink as much of it as I want without worrying about the sugar content, and I am already feeling better because of it. And the price is very reasonable, for the larger bottles! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is tired of overly sweet sports drinks.

Great for muscle cramps and no sugar!
I'm a huge fan of this product. I was having muscle cramping in my legs a bunch and didn't know why. My husband is a cyclist and pointed out that my electrolytes were likely low and got me this. Worked like a charm. I love that there is no sugar or anything resembling a sweet taste. The citrus 🍋🟩 is welcome. I also really like the small, concentrated measurement. It's perfect for water bottles. Mostly it fixes my cramping problems.

Great for leg cramps
Great product. I use this nightly for leg cramps.. I put about three droppers into a drinkable liquid before bedtime and it has eliminated my nightly leg cramp problem if I use a sufficient amount on a regular basis.

Fine for what it offers
I run hot all the time, so I tend to sweat quite a bit no matter the time of year. Summer is always a bit more unpleasant, of course, so I try to make sure I hydrate as much as possible. Add in cycling to work everyday and I really perspire. I cannot tolerate “sports” drinks at all. Too much sweetness for my stomach, and artificially sweetened stuff just tastes awful in addition to not feeling so good on the stomach (worse than sugar at times). Salt tablets seem a bit overkill, especially as I recall the era when forced to down those when they were considered required for heavy exertion in heat. Don’t need that much sodium and other salts.Citrilyte seemed like a decent (and pricey) option to add some electrolytes into my cycling regimen. Knowing it is a concentrate makes justifying the cost easier, and I can get a good six months out of one bottle by diluting more than the bottle calls for; I tend to use just a few drops per water bottle. Enough that I can still taste the citric acid flavor, which gives it a very mild, lemon like taste. Now this is more dilute than it calls for, but it works for me.Now, can I say it makes a difference in my rides? No, if talking about performance. I certainly do not notice a difference in my speed or other metrics (I am a commuter and not a racer). But a little salt in my water cannot hurt me, especially in the heat. It does make the water more palatable, especially if all the ice melts and turns lukewarm in the bottle, as always happens in the Summer months. And it certainly beats some sugar/fake sugar concoction — no puking on the side of the road for me, thank you!I give it four stars just because I find the cost a bit excessive for seawater, in essence. Because of thus, I tend to purchase a bottle only for the Summer months. Someday I may try to make my own version of it, just because I’m frugal. So recommended for what it is.

A must have if you run or exercise in humid environments.
I have been using elete CitriLyte Electrolyte Add-in Hydration Drops for years. I add it in my handheld water bottle that I carry on marathons and other runs. Some times I squeeze several drops in my mouth and swish with water, then swallow it to replace electrolytes lost from sweating while running. I also use it to help relieve cramps in my calves near the end miles of a marathon. Once I feel a cramp about to come on, I take several drops, then drink water. These electrolyte drops are a must have if you run or exercise in a humid environment like I do. This little squeeze bottle is easy to use and super convenient. It fits in my running waist pack easily.

Electrolytes that work!
I cycle outside in the heat 4-6 days a week for at least three hours. This stuff works like a champ to stop cramps and keep me hydrated. I hate the sugary drinks. This is perfect!
