Perfect size for yogurt parfaits. I often provide food for events and these are just the right size for fruit and yogurt parfaits. The lid stays on securely and the little spork is a great addition. Excellent for meal prep. as well.

These worked really well! The lids fit nice and the quality was pretty good. It doesnt have a straw hole in the top which is something i was concerned about. They have been qorking freat for parfaits. I plan to also use them for small salads and salad dressing.

These were perfect for my morning chia bowls with the toppings sepearate.

I buy these to make fruit, yogurt, granola parfaits for my children. Sometimes I add chocolate chips or mini M&M’s for the top. I sometimes blend the fruit too and mix it in with plain Greek yogurt. Sometimes chunks of fruit.I use Greek yogurt and add in a little protein powder. Sometimes a sprinkle of chia seeds. It’s nice to know what you’re putting in your children’s snacks.I’ve also done meat and cheese cups. Chunks of a variety of cheese and a cut up beef stick. They are great to go snacks for car rides or just in the house.My kids gobble these up every time I make a batch.The tip is thicker that your standard lid. It’s more durable than you’d expect.I would recommend these if you’d like to make your own snacks and save money on buying parfaits.

PERFECT!9oz size is perfect for a portion controlled parfait. Yogurt/fruit/yogurt then granola in the insert. Purchased as disposable because I really don't want to keep washing them and they are not expensive. But I garden ALOT and these are perfect for several uses there.I see complaints about the tops not fitting properly. These inserts and tops fit perfectly. The problem is they stick together EXTREMELY EASILY so you think you are handling 1 but you are handling 2. More often with the tops than with the inserts. If you put 2 inserts in with a single top, fitting will be difficult. If you put 1 insert and 2 tops you are VERY lucky if you work hard enough to get a proper snug fit. Most likely you will not. I only figured it out because I REFUSED to let these cups/tops defeat me. It's often very hard to tell that you have 2 tops or inserts stuck together. This also applies if you think they didn't send 50 of each piece. Anything under 50 then you have some stuck together.I just picked up 2 cases of the best granola on the planet because of these cups. I literally cannot stop eating my parfaits. I will NEVER pay for another parfait again...not ever!My only complaint is they don't stack past 2 very well once filled.
