The price is right and it does the job. It is cheaper then the big box and pool stores near us.

Great value for the money, I needed to lower the pH, the quick delivery and quantity delivered within 24 hours save me an hour of time and travel to pick it up. Good product, worked as advertised.

I've used this product for a few years. It's a good balance between size (not a huge bucket) and price (sometimes smaller sizes are much more expensive). Only problem I've had is they sent one package that was alkalinity increaser instead of PH reducer and I didn't realize till after I started poring it in.

If you have a pool and need your PH down this works wonders. Not too pricey, doesn’t cloud the water. It seemed to dissolve fairly quickly. I did disperse it right at my jet and had no problems with it. No algae and perfect water levels. Within about 4 hours my PH was in the perfect range.

Worked rally well to reduce the alkalinity and ph balanced after 48 hours like package states. We did not swim for two days and tested water before exposure to skin. Fine product

Needed a solution fast for high pH and alkalinity in our pool. Ordered last night and it was on my doorstep at 8-9am this morning (with the help of Prime). On our liquid chlorine sanitized inground pool, we had a pH of 8.4 and alkalinity of 160. Not crazy but higher. Dipped a couple gallons of pool water in 5 gal. bucket, and added 1/2 of the 5 lb. Pack of pH down, stirred throughly, added the remaining part of the pack, stirred throughly again, and poured entire bucket into the deep end of our pool. Checked the pH and alkalinity this evening and got 7.6 pH and 130 ppm. Very easy solution but adding it as the directions state and as I described was definitely some of the result of the success. Highly recommend this product!
