I love this bin. I got the 2 gallon bin that is the perfect size for my en suit bathroom. It looks GREAT. Close up, it looks a little flimsy/cheap around the bottom gold bit, but no one is getting that low down and it looks fantastic in place. It works well and was easy to put in the battery. I've had it a few months, bought it in June 23, it's Dec 23 now and the battery is still going strong. The red light stays on if its too close to the wall/cabinet for the sensor to work and it doesn't stay open long, which is ideal for a bathroom bin. One of my favourite purchases this year - I've had loads of "ooh' comments.

Excellent product & looks great

I bought this bin for our downstairs bathroom and it was so neat and compact that I bought another for upstairs! It performs well in terms of capacity, soft close lid, the special ring to keep the bag open and in place (though the ring sort of balances inside which doesn’t feel overly secure) and it’s easy enough I clean because the rubbish is in a bag (you get a roll with it) so you just wipe it down. It was a bit more expensive than a pedal bin would have been but I didn’t mind so much. The issue I’ve got now is after a month or so, the sensor has stopped opening the bin. It lights up so it knows there is ‘motion’ I guess but the lid doesn’t open, it just flashes. It could be the batteries but you’d expect them to last a bit longer than a month. I’m going to try changing the batteries then if not, I might have to contact Amazon for a replacement as it’s just a rather expensive bin with normal lift lid otherwise..

I wanted a small bathroom bin to fit between my sink and toilet and this is perfect. Love the self opening lid. It looks stylish and was delivered very fast. Great purchase.

Perfect size for my bathroom and works great

The sensor is easily activated so opens a lot when we don't want it too. Also slow to close and doesn't like it when you push down.

I love having small trash cans in a bathroom with lid because no one has to openly see what is getting thrown in there and plus helps to keep smell out. And I don’t like trash cans in my vanity cabinet. But with having a lid it means you have to touch the lid all the time. I literally have this trash can in every bathroom in my house. It’s perfect size. Looks great. Works perfectly at night or a day. You don’t have to touch anything. Enough time before the lid will close. I switch batteries maybe every 3-4 month? Maybe . I even don’t remember how often because it works perfectly and keeps batteries for a long time ! It’s easy to keep it clean as well. There is no impossible spots to get in. I’m just wiping down the lid with paper towel every day to keep it clean.
