Atsko Sno-Seal Silicone Water Repellent-Guard (1-Gallon)

This silicone works excellent on all types of materials and has many uses. I use this on camping gear, snowmobile, utv, boat covers even the plow it help the snow slide right off. I've extend life span of all the covers I use for all the outside toys plus the camping gear (tents, chairs, covers etc.) its a multi use product and much cheaper by volume to buy then spray cans. I recommend to anyone who has the need to protect their gear whatever it may be it has so many uses.

Is an outstanding product, works great on canvas .

I've used this product for many years in pressurized cans. This gal was extremely more cost effective & I applied it with virgin. I feel I lost 1/4 w over spray & atomizing liquid. A test this fall will determine quality of coverage. A pump bottle as directed would provide a more disable coverage. I've had extremely good w this product & reluctant to try other brands. I tried 1 can of another brand & it didn't cure as well & left a distinct order which is unacceptable for hunting purposes.

Easy to apply on a vintage canvas tent. I put the Sno-Seal in a quart sized spray bottle and sprayed in onto a 50+ year old canvas camping tent. I sprayed it on the interior as well and let it set up for a couple of days. To do the interior i wore protective clothing, face shield and mask. The tent was starting to show its age and this will allow at least a few more years of use. I had tried aerosol canned products on other tents in the past. Filling a spray bottle allows more product to be applied onto the canvas as compared to having even a small breeze carry the product away. A spray bottle also allows for an adjustable spray. Much easier to get into the corners. I now have enough left over to use on boots, gloves, jackets and hats!

Applied with a disposable 4” foam roller which swelled up a little from a chemical reaction but it didn’t fall apart. May want to try applying with a cotton/fiber roller. I used this on the t-top on my 2005 boat. It has never been waterproofed before. This was done in June of 2019 and still beads the rain very very good today. When applied, the blue t-top became a much darker color but when it was fully dried it came back to it’s original shade of blue. It did have a pretty strong Oder but disappeared after about a week.

I attached an industrial spray wand to this tank and went to town on the furniture in my dungeon. It was getting really old having to choose between the aesthetics of uncovered furniture and the sanitation and ease of cleanup from covering everything with plastic. I let it cure for a day, and invited my messiest submissive over to play. This product made everything roll right off it was glass. SO MUCH LESS WORK CLEANING NOW! No more stains to soak, no more scrubbing, no more heavy cleaning. I love it.

I use this on my boat t-top canvas I apply it annually,on my t-top canvas color has held in place for 9 years it kept it from drying out.

1) This is a great product. I have used many of the smaller size and thought this would be more economical, but2) This can arrived with an additional label applied which stated that the entire contents need to be used shortly after opening or will degrade within a few weeks. This information is not displayed anywhere within the website description and the label is affixed in an area clearly depicted in the photo, but without said label. This is also information not included on the smaller sizes.Unless you are able to use a whole gallon at once, there is no point to buying this incorrectly described product.Dear Amazon: This product can not be shipped via USPS.
