I bought this stuff to help me bulk up in the gym but somehow as an unintended side effect it happens to calm my anxiety that I have dealt with all my life. Thought it was just in my head at first or maybe that working out had made it better but iv ran out twice now for a few days each time and both times my anxiety has came back full force until I get a new bottle. I believe it had helped me pack on some muscle as well and has definetly helped with recovery but what i started taking for muscle growth i now take for anxiety lol. Maybe itll work for someone else that has tried everything under the sun with no luck. Idk but it works for me.

I swear I checked the amount of this product before I made the purchase. but when I received it. It's about the size of a measuring cup. It's the tiniest container of protein powder I've ever seen. I can't return it anyway.. so I thought I'd just give everybody a reminder to check the weight because this amount is good for maybe a week.. that's it
