Whenever I shave and then take a shower, my skin often comes out very red and inflamed. I put some toner on it and then put this stuff on it and I’m good to go. I don’t really wanna think about my skin all that much but the older I get the more I see that I have to take care of it so with this, I feel confident that my skin will not freak out whenever I shave. There isn’t any smell which I appreciate and it goes on very smooth and doesn’t feel heavy and yet it is a thicker cream.

I am a 28 yo male and I use many Jack Black products because of their commitment to nature, science, and more importantly men's skin. I use the Protein Booster Skin Serum, Energizing Scrub, Double Duty Lotion, and now this night cream. It provides instant hydration without leaving behind an oily residue. I used to use Zirh Rejuvenate as my night cream and that worked well but it is harder and harder to find Zirh in stores or online anymore. The Jack Black Dry Erase Ultra Calming cream is just what it says it is. It provides moisture and calms the skin after even the harsher and cheaper face washes. Combine this with the Protein Serum and Double Duty Moisturizer for day use and you have a comprehensive day/night regime that provides your skin with the ant drying and ant aging moisture it needs.

I look forward to putting this on every evening. It's a great product and my skin loves it.

Little bit of background; I had very oily skin until I went on accutane. Now off of the drug, I still use a topical treatment in the morning and at night. This combination has left me with much drier skin except on my forehead. Now for the product review. I decided to purchase this night cream after I have had success with other jack black products and love how "clean" the ingredients are. This one is no different and I have had good results. I only have two small complaints. First, the product isn't quite as creamy as I had anticipated and is more of a body lotion-type substance. Due to this, I don't think the product will last as long as I had hoped. The second complaint is the cost. For $38, like mentioned, I would have thought the "cream" would last longer and am slightly disappointed at how expensive it would be to continue using this product long term. Other than that, the product moisturizes nicely and I have had no irritation with it.

If you live in a dry area, this lotion is a must, especially during winter.

I've been using this along with the serum in my face for several years and it really allows the aging process on your face.

It’s hard to find skincare products for men that you can trust. I learned about Jack Black’s line when I was in college, and I have used it ever since. In my opinion, there’s no better moisturizer for my face. I’ve tried numerous and it’s just nice to not have to mess with different products and the feeling of wasting them if they don’t work out.

Is this the Jack Black of School of Rock fame? If so, he's an interesting choice to front this brand. Husband has been using this for a week now, and says it's too early to tell, particularly as he's so good-looking to start with. But early feedback is good. The Amazon description is good, and if you're buying the product from Amazon, it tells you all you need to know in terms of paraben free, cruelty free, fragrance free etc, but there's nothing on the packaging to support this. It is an American product, and it looks American (font choice), but I'm not sure if this will resonate with the British market. Quite a high price too. But as I said, early feedback from the bathroom is positive.

This is my first experience with Jack Black range and as the list of ingredients is impressive, so are the results. I am on the north side of 50 with normal skin, but even after few applications I can feel that my skin is looking more fresh. It's not greasy at all and it absorbs pretty much instantly. It is recommended for night use and for those with irritable skin it can be applied more often. Man's grooming has come a long way in recent years and I'm really pleased with this product. Combination of ingredients is nourishing and rejuvenating the skin, starting with the usual - vitamins E and C, over shea butter, aloe vera and glycerin, to some not found very often - jojoba, avocado and olive oils. There are also added antioxidants and anti irritants, all in all, this is a top product.

This is a great cream for sensitive skin or for use after shaving as it is very calming. The cream is quickly absorbed and leaves no hint it was ever there as it is scent free and doesn't leave a greasy shine after use, despite the fact that it is very moisturising and created with dry skin in mind.

I will be honest that a face cream is not an item that appears on my bedside cabinet. Should my face feel dry I am afraid that I find the nearest bottle of moisturiser, and apply which appears to work to my satisfaction. But I was interested to try this product which arrived in a smart blue carton, the motifs of which appear on the stubby looking tube. The cream certainly applied easily, sunk into skin rapidly, and did not leave any stickiness which is a good feature. It also has very little scent which again is to my liking. Over the course of a few days there was no allergic reaction, my skin felt smooth but no different than I have found when using a more basic product. The price would be very off putting to me, however I can see this appealing to a far younger market (I am in my 60’s) for whom a product image is high on their list of priorities. Review by FT

I would never have associated Jack Black with skin care - but hey ho, it takes all sorts! I do suffer from skin issues from time to time and so was interested to see how this would work for me. And it really does seem to help. It absorbs quickly and doesn't leave any greasy residue. It does calm the skin. It does have a pleasing light natural fragrance. It is a considered purchase. It is well presented - but the tube contained within the box is smaller than you might imagine at first glance. It is not a product that I could personally afford to use on a regular basis. There are those who can accommodate this in their skin care budget - and it would be worth considering if you can.
