Same as Benadryl active ingredient, which also happens to be main ingredient in Tylenol pm. Two of these with a couple of your favorite pain medication like advil, aleve or whatever and you have a pm version. Work well as a sleep aid

This product was supposed to be delivered two days ago but I finally got it. Absolutely great price for the product. In Canada, the price is more than triple what it was through Amazon.com. You can't even buy it through Amazon.ca. The expiry date is great too. 2027
