Purchased the target net for my son. It’s simple to install, seems well built, and even has a weighted chain along the bottom sleeve to keep it from flopping around during use. We found this especially handy when using it on artificial turf as staking is not an option.

Bought this for my U11 girls soccer team for target practice and it ripped the first time we used it, team only used it for 30 minutes. They are ages 9 and 10 so their shots are not that powerful yet. I followed the set up directions exactly as printed. Now the bungee cord will not connect to the ring. This item must be defective as it was too expensive to rip after one use. It is made of sturdy material, so I am surprised it ripped. Update- contacted company and I had a replacement net the very next day. This net has held up so far. May of just had a defective one.

My son used the product "One" time and the plastic buckle broke. The net can still be used, but this is very disappointing for me. How do I replace this?
