I started using weights as advised by my Dr to strengthen my bones( female aged 65) started with 1kg from this company,sensible routine ,went to 2kg,then 3kn, up to 5kg ideal grin, they don't get all sweaty . Excellent and definitely worth the money.

nice sturdy dumbbells, good value for money, just what I needed for home workout. Arrived within 2 days, and it included very useful poster with some workout ideas. Cannot give full 5* because the coating is split in few places, however it's a minor issue and doesn't affect the use.

These are really easy to hold unlike other clunky ones on the market. Delivery was really quick and free which is a big plus for me.
