I've been doing a lot of Epigenetic research and this supplement popped up as something to help take down Inflammation. I suffer from several disorders that make life fairly painful. Hesperidin has helped me tremendously! I can get moving sooner and move better when taking it. This took about 1 week to start really kicking in - I literally woke up one morning and said "Wow!". One of my doctors and my mother started taking it after my own experience with this product. I haven't tried other suppliers. Amazon shows me that I have purchased Nootropics Depot Hesperidin 5 times, but I am looking for a replacement product after an experience that lowered my trust in this company. The product arrived in a much larger bottle than my past purchases. It had the same number of capsules, however the capsules were much larger. So I checked the label and saw that the active ingredient amount was still the same, but, of course, fillers had been increased. What frustrates me about this is that it is harder to swallow large capsules, especially when I use a lot of different supplements. To increase the size for no reason shows disrespect for the needs of customers. What I want is smaller capsules whenever possible with the maximum amount of active ingredient and no filler. It is also wasteful to double the size of the bottle for the purpose of making a product look more valuable when all you've done is make the product less convenient for customers. If they are willing to deceive in this way, I question what other practices of theirs may not be upfront and honest.

These are Easy to swallow tablets for those looking for health benefits, after looking over alternatives this seemed to be the best product for the price. I've been taking them nearly daily if i can remember and i feel like my memory has improved, that is, i feel less brain fog.
