They make great knives that hold a good edge. BUT this knife is very stiff. It should be labeled as a boning knife. Has little to no flex. I don't use it for cleaning my Midwestern fish.

I should have known better. The picture showed a single edge knife but the caption advertised it as dual edge. This is a single edge fillet knife. I was wanting a dual edge and will use this knife anyways, so it's all bad.
