Guys are so hard to buy for! Especially guys you don't know that well. I purchased 3 of these metal models for teen/young adult guys in the family. Wanted them to have something unique, fun, and entertaining.

This is a stellar build. The deck is the most tedious portion of the build. The bridge wasn't that difficult. It's a pretty good size about 10" long. It sits well for display. If you are a fan of metal models this is a great edition to your collection of builds.

My 9 year old son LOVES assembling anything he can get his hands on. This was definitely challenging for him (he had a few frustrating moments!) but in the end he was very happy. It probably took him a couple hours to complete it… over the course of 2 days. Highly recommend!

Good for someone who has a little knowledge about this hobby. Great for my husband! It was a great gift. It might be a little more difficult and frustrating for a beginner.

Unless you are a jewler, no need, you will never retain the integrity of the pieces to assemble.

This thing is TINY, pictures make it look a lot bigger than it is ....

I actually like the difficulty of this model. The parts are VERY small so if you don't have patience and good hand dexterity then this model might not be for you. The parts are all metal and no glue required. I recommend buying the bending and rolling tool set from Piececool as it is hard to bend the parts the way they were meant to without them. Also a good pair of needle nose pliers ( I like the spring loaded ones as they are a bit easier on the hands) and a hobby or olfa knife. I took pictures so you could see the complexity and how small the parts are. Can't wait to complete this model as I can already tell how much detail there is. All the pieces are held together by bending little tabs over once they are connected. This model requires a LOT of patience as it has taken me an hour just to complete step 4 of 95. I will likely buy another model from the same company in the future as they are pretty good quality and look brilliant when completed.

I was hoping for a larger model but sadly it was super tiny and the parts were so delicate it was hard to work with them. The metal was soft and ultimately the frustration of dealing with the small size of the peices and the softness of the metal was too much and it got shelved. Would not buy again.
