Amazing for kids with physical bladder defects/incontinence.
I REALLY hope Amazon gets these back in stock. My 5 year old was born with a bladder defect. Her bladder never held any urine until she had 2 surgeries at 3. She has been no. 2 trained since she was 2, but has been anti-pee-potty training and has been wearing pull-ups. She is finally motivated to try again with the help of these pads catching her dribbles between "big pees". They are the perfect size and shape for putting in little underwear. Unlike her pull-ups, they don't show through her leggings (a big confidence plus as she enters kindergarten). PLEASE, PLEASE BRING THEM BACK! There are not enough childhood incontinence products out there. They seem to all be made to double up with diapers/pull-ups rather than underwear. These have been the only ones I can find that will work in kids underwear.

Great discreet product!
Great product! Holds as much as would be expected for its size. Great balance between discreetness and capacity. Do not let it get too soaked or the layers will open and you’ll end up with a mess!

Great for the In-Between
We are close to the end of our first box. Potty training had majorly stalled out at our house after three unsuccessful attempts because my three year old couldn't hold it for long and always started going in her pants. I was tired of cleaning up giant messes and went back to diapers. We used the dribbles as a way for her to learn the cues of going potty without a huge puddle mess. It would still overflow and get on her pants at first which I think worked to make her learn when to go potty. That eventually led to smaller and smaller accidents, so she can now use them as what they were meant for: protection against small dribbles. It's nice to change just the pad and not have to get new clothes. That being said, the pads are pretty big. When the directions suggest using two for bigger accidents, I'm not sure how two would even fit in the underwear. All in all, we used them a little differently at first, but it was the only thing that has led to successful potty training this time around. I see more boxes in our future until she can fully hold her bladder.

8 year old's mom highly recommends these
I have an 8 year old who will sometimes still have accidents. She is self conscious about this fact and will only wear black leggings since it hides the evidence. These pads have helped her tremendously!! They give her the confidence and take away her anxiety. She can put them in herself. She says they are comfy. Lastly, you cannot see them. She is wearing leggings and I cannot tell she has anything on. In the beginning she still had a couple of accidents to the point where her undies and pants were wet. BUT it didn't smell! These pads helped her anxiety so much that she hasn't had an accident like those since. She will have tiny-small ones before she gets to the toilet. These absorb all of that. Her undies and pants stay dry all day! I highly highly recommend these pads to anyone in a similar situation.

its a great idea, but didn't work for my son.
We bought the Sposie Dribbles for Boys and Girls for my 4-year-old son. While he is daytime potty trained, and has almost no daytime accidents. He still has ongoing night time issues. It seems that not a week goes by with out 1-2 (and sometimes 4-5) nighttime accidents. Unlike my older kid, he just doesn’t seem to be able to wake himself up during the night. As a help we got these Sposie Dribbles for Boys and Girls, thinking that they would help us from the endless loads of laundry filled with pajamas and bedsheets. That was simply put not the case. While these can help stop a dribble, they can’t stop a full pee. And to be honest that’s what we needed. If your kids can feel the start of pee and then get up, this product my work for you. But if you were, like me, looking for something closer to a pull-up this is not for you.

Loved it
I got these qhen my baby's poor butt experienced it's first diaper rash... in full bloom. Red and painful, I wanted him to be able to air it out and still prevent pee from going everywhere. This did the job. You take one out of the box (it's triangularin shape), peel off the paper on the back, and stick it to the inside front of their underwear. Simple and easy. Keep in mind that this is not meant to replace a diaper, just to start them on potty training, so don't expect it to hold the same amount of pee as a diaper would. And definitely do not expect it to hold poop. Just saying. On that note, it does hold a decent quantity of pee, but it will leak if there's too much. It did solve the diaper rash issue though, so worth it to me. And he seems to be okay with wearing it.

Doesn’t protect anything from pee
This product is awful and I have no clue why it has good reviews other than they like the idea of them. They are super thin and don’t hold anything. My son has had 3 accidents with them on and every time he has peed through his pants. Waste of money, a pad would work better.

Perfect for potty training
I'm potty training my 2 year old and these have been so awesome. When she has an accident these hold the liquid and it doesn't get all over her clothes. It has helped her gain confidence and continues to use the bathroom. These are great for potty training. They are thick, seem to be comfortable, perfect design for undies, and they fit great!
