Evenly cooks, no stuck on food, easy clean up.

The first time I used this pan, at regular temperatures (350F) the pan would warp to the point were the food would slide on it. Would not recommend, poor quality. Certainly not “Ultra Cuisine”.

This is a good baking pan. It's very easy to clean and you don't need to spend much time scrubbing. When I bake something that's very oily or gets stuck in the pan, I just soak it for a few minutes, and then I gently rub it and it comes right off. It's rust-resistant and very durable. The pan is lightweight and it's thinner than any other regular pan but it bakes evenly.

These pans cook very evenly. The taller rim around the edge helps keep juices and grease/oil from dripping off the pans as well.

The main reason that I bought these was due to being tired of sheets warping. It's really annoying when your pecan pie filling ends up all over the cooking surface due to the pan suddenly warping. Well, I've now owned these for about a month and the only thing cooked on them has been pecan pie and cookies. They haven't been used above 350º. They are warped. Just as warped as any single-layer cheap cookie sheet.

I like these. Honestly I thought the textured bottom would be a nightmare to clean but it was pretty easy, and the bottom really helps keep certain foods nice and crispy as it allows airflow under them. I made frozen fried fish and I did flip them in the middle of heating but they were really crisp, I dare say crispier than with my regular baking sheets. One sheet did bend in the heat, but that is likely due to my old oven and uneven heat so I can't really complain.
