Rust-Oleum 340648 Specialty Metallic Spray, 11 oz, Silver, (Pack of 1)

This is fantastic spray paint that comes out nice and shiny! I’ve been using this like crazy to paint things gold for the “cave of wonders” in an Aladdin production. Nice, even coat and good sheen! Instantly turns anything from boring to royal.

Used this inexpensive gold paint on my Christmas reindeer, and it worked perfectly. The color is bright and metallic, the coverage is smooth, and it dries fast. For the price, you can’t beat it—my décor looks brand new! Highly recommend for holiday DIY projects.

Used this paint to turn a black picture frame into a gold picture frame. It was easy to use and apply and when held the appropriate distance away, didn't cause any empty spots or runny spots. The gold color is vibrant and bright and shiny, just what I wanted. It's been a few weeks and the paint hasn't peeled, faded, or chipped off. The size is 11 ounces and after spraying the frame (20 x 16) and the mat, the can still seems to be at least half full.

I bought this Glass pumpkin at hobby lobby. I spray painted it gold and it's the perfect shade of gold. The quality is not that bad. The gold turns a darker color after a year or two. I just repaint it again and it looks great & like new again. Just don't forget to shake the can well.

I love the color of it. My only complaint is that the lid is really hard to get off and I ended up breaking off part of the tip in the process and now it doesn’t work any more and leaks and doesn’t work well. However, if that doesn’t happen, I was really happy with the paint quality and smoothness going on.

This spray paint is awesome. I purchased a can to paint two side tables for my bedroom that were previously black. I have attached photos to show you the completed project. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome. A few of things to note: 1. Don’t be fooled by the cap. It is very glitzy and gold but this paint dries a nice subtle brass color. It’s elegant and I really love it. 2. Be sure to follow the instructions with regard to how far you should be from whatever it is that your spray painting. Getting too close will result in drips. 3. Don’t get too far away from whatever you’re painting, either. If you do, it will affect the amount of coverage and require you to buy more cans. I had to purchase two additional cans to finish my side tables. They required more coverage than I initially thought, but in the end, it was WAY more affordable to purchase three cans of spray paint vs. two new $90+ side tables! Recommend this paint! 👍
