Extended office use (4+ months) honest review
I bought this C2 Keychron-Red-Switch non-hot-swappable non-backlight (i.e. the most basic version) keyboard as a first time mechanical keyboard user and after months of searching YouTube and web over switches, mechanical keyboard types and reviews and etc. I always wanted to use it in office while working around others, so from the outset noise was a consideration. I am a researcher in engineering so I do a lot of coding and writing for extended amounts of time. I am also a milenial so the retro look was also a factor for me. For the price, this in my opinion is the best thing you can possibly buy, bar none! It is such a pleasure to type on this, I hate typing on my laptop and other membrane keyboards now. The build quality and thoughtfullness that went into the design is truely amazing, the keys after all this typing have remained reliable, it is easy to clean the if debrees go under keys and the typing accuracy is excellent. The red-switch despite being linear feels very different than membrane switches and in a good way. It is not as silent as your typical membrane switch keyboard however the sound level is very acceptable, no one has yet objected to me after 4 months of typing everyday. I have recieved praises from everyone for the looks of the keyboard. If you are looking for an affoardable high quality mechanical keyboard, this is it. I hope Keychron never stops producing these.

Solid full size keyboard for the money
Bought this to use for AutoCAD and loved it so much I ended up using this as my daily keyboard. Keychron makes some of the best quality keyboards on the market and this is no exception. All keys are clicky and have a great feel to then. The keyboard base is solid and does not move. The color also gives a modern yet 90s vibe. The only thing missing that you can get in slightly higher priced variants is of course back lighting but in my case is not needed. Can't go wrong with this keyboard

Love this Keyboard!
I bought this keyboard to use with my MacBook and and very happy that I did. It works flawlessly and the feeling of typing is perfect for what I was after, I liked the look of this retro color version of the Keychron C1 and C2 but I opted for the C2 because I wanted a full size keyboard. It is non-backlit which I don’t mind but I know isn’t for everybody. This keyboard is well constructed and sturdy, it’s wired so I never have to worry about charging it, and it being non-backlight means it won’t drain my laptop battery too much or too quickly to use it. It’s simple but feels great and looks cool in my opinion, I’m very happy with this purchase. This is my first Keychron keyboard and so far I am a fan of their products. I would recommend this to anybody that just wants a nice typing experience with no frills. I chose the Keychron Red switches and I am happy with them, not too “clicky” or too loud, but just right.

Amazing Full Sized Keyboard!!!
Keyboard is awesome. Clacky, feels good and looks good. For the price this full sized keyboard is amazing. Quality is good. Some weight to it, so it doesn't slide on the desk. But it is made of plastic. But the plastic doesn't feel cheap. keys and switches that can be swapped if you'd like. Keychron has made a quality keyboard at a fantastic price. The colorway is great as well as it feels like a retro keyboard from back in the day.

Nice keyboard!
Nice keyboard! I wanted to really like this. I love the color and the layout. It's amazing that it includes "ALT" and "windows" keys for windows layouts, and "Option" and "Command" keys for Mac layouts. There's also a switch that enables you to switch between Mac and Windows layout (which have the alt/windows keys swapped with command/option.) The brown key switches are really nice too. I am a huge fan of the cherry MX red switches but they're extremely noisy for a corporate environment. The brown switches are not quite as precise, but it's a nice balance to keep your office mates happy. There's enough feedback to type well. There's no distinctive click, more of a muted keypress sound, which is decent. Unfortunately these seem to use some proprietary drivers which are blocked by my corporate computer policy. I had to return the wired USB version and order a bluetooth version to get it to work with my computer.,

Nice keyboard to type on
I wanted a mechanical keyboard for work and be able to type without sounding obnoxious. Getting this keyboard with brown switches was just what I wanted. It feels nice to type nice on without any issues. I also like the look of it.

Great price, cool aesthetic, and solid build.
I bought this as a bit of "sleeper" keyboard, and it has tricked people into thinking it's a super old keyboard. It looks styled but not "old" like worn out. The typing experience is great and I love the sound. It's heavy, but in a good way! Feels very solid in build quality and there's no weird creaks or anything like that. It comes with a USB C to USB C cable, but includes an adapter to connect to standard USB as well which is welcomed. I haven't experienced any lag or issues with ghosting, and it has a switch for Mac and Windows, as well as extra keys to swap out the Windows key for a CMD key. The only thing about it that bothers me just slightly is the font on some of the keys looks a bit different than other keys, but it's really slight and only bothers me when I'm looking for it. Great price and great aesthetic!

Great Keyboard!!
My son bought this for me because he got one and we both live our lives on computers. I love this keyboard! Very responsive and bouncy keys. The tactile feedback is very satisfying. My typing has been re-invigorated! I do feel a little faster. The keyboard seems to be solid quality. Love the look and feel. I probably would have gone with black if they had the option, but I love it otherwise.

Best keyboard I have ever used. As one who touch-types, I am fussy about my keyboard, and many that I have bought I have tossed away, having keys that are too 'spongy'. This keyboard is very solid with a positive click and no sponginess. Attractive appearance, as a bonus. Only possible drawback is the rather loud clacking noise when keys are pecked, which may bother some people (this is a result of the solidness of the keyboard), especially in an office environment. For me, however, it is a non-issue.

The keyboard package was fixed with an adhesive tape, the keyboard itself was dirty and had numerous fingerprints on it, and it didn't even connect due to its USB-C port being broken. An utter disappointment.

+ Nice sound and feels quite nice. + I love how it looks. - I find it will occasionally input the letter when the key is slightly depressed but not yet past the break point. It's very minor and also rather rare though so I don't mind it much. I also wish that there was more noticeable click feel however that's probably a theme with brown switches, given I previously used blues.

Before anything, this keyboard is a great keyboard which will probably work for most people. It's nice to type on, and the sound it makes is fantastic. Unfortunately, it doesn't work for the purpose I bought it for, because I am using it in the office and I need to use it with a KVM, because there's more than one computer I need to access. My KVM needs a "Scroll Lock" to switch, and there is no way to press this key on the keyboard! I cannot easily swap between computers! Instead of this, I get a useless "Lock" key and a "Siri" key. I can do a lock with a keyboard shortcut, and I never used that key. It's a useless key for me. So sadly, I can't use this for the purpose I bought it for. I'm using it at home, and it's good, but it's not what I got it for.
