Randomly smelled melting plastic one day and didn't think anything of it. Happened to be in the room when it literally caught fire. No clue what happened but would not trust this brand.

Don't buy this filter. From the start I had worries, since water leaked around the edge of the outflow. Well this morning, literally before I made my review, I woke up to seeing two inches of water out of my tank and on the bloody floor. Thankfully the rug took the bulk of it, but ugh. I am now out a filter and money.

The filter pieces don’t 100% fit together and the filter makes some awful noises

The product didnt clean after 3 days stop working.

Very well made and completely no noise from it. Thank you for the Unit and very well engineered filter.
