I followed the directions (f.e. clean and dry the skin before applying the patch), and it was gone shortly after. I am active, and don’t sit down much of my time. I can’t say if it relieves pain, since I had to reapply 4 times in the same spot ( my shoulder). Unfortunately I don’t feel any difference. I am going to use it for a few more days and wait for the results . If I notice any changes- I notify you.

I had to place a band-aid over the magnet to better adhere.

Didn’t stick at all..magnet didn’t stick to pad and pad didn’t stick to skin

I concur with the reviewers who said this product doesn't stay on. I put one on my neck and another on my upper arm, both places that don't get much friction. Within an hour both had come off. Unfortunate as it is otherwise a decent product.

Waste of money.

My husband has been using this product for a couple years now. He’s a heart patient and has regular muscle pains and twinges. These seem to help his condition. His doctor has approved usage. Worth the money!

I love these! Quick, portable and discreet. My only complaint is they fall off quickly, especially in bed as I toss and turn.
