Great product use it for probably 40 years or more.. Natural no stomach problems at all with this. Try one tablet at a time. I only use a half what I feel I need it. every body is different.

Happy that this is not a stimulant. Being pregnant comes along with severe constipation and this works well. It does not upset the stomach. I Take at night with a softener and go in the morning without painful cramps and gas. Giving it 4 starts because I have to take something else with it. If I wasn’t pregnant it would probably work well by itself and have 5 stars from me.
