Crew box reached out to me and apologizing in how disappointed I was in my purchase, he went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied, this time I am!! Josh not only refunded me my money for the purchase of my box but also sent me a new one in perfect condition, I've never had a seller reach out to me after stating I was not satisfied with my purchase, well this seller here, I recommend everybody to reconsider what I said and definitely buy from them if needing a beautiful keepsake box, he also told me if there's any other issues with my box down the line to email the company, as he personally reads each and every one that comes in, and I have to say that's true because when I sent the email back I got a response from him in under 10 minutes, same day!!!!!! Now that is GREAT customer service, a company that truly does take into consideration their customers and want to make sure that everything that they purchase from them is up to their satisfaction, once again I want to thank Josh for making sure that my purchase was satisfied and it is, thank you for his staff as well as they too take part in outstanding customer service!To the E.R. Crew box Company, THANK YOU!!I bought two of these boxes for my boys for christmas, so they can keep their personal items and or jewelry in it, the boxes are okay, but for the price, not at all, they look cheaply made even though they had a velvet at the bottom, and unfortunately I didn't notice it but one of them had a crack in it and I didn't meet the deadline on sending it back because I bought it for Christmas gift and did not inspect it thoroughly, will not purchase again from this company.

I purchased this for my spouse's birthday and it is a very nice box. The presentation is even better with the embroidered bag that encloses the box. Anyone opening the outer box and seeing the wooden box enclosed in the bag will be impressed.As to the box itself it is a handsome work, well crafted and has a nice appearance. The box is lighter in weight than expected, which is a surprise since oak is a dense wood that has some weight. The one received is not as "polished" as I would have expected, and the wood grain is more pronounced that I have seen in an oak box. The hinges are chrome plated and are suitable, although the small arcs that hold the lid from opening too far are thin and only time will tell how they last. The interior bottom of the box has a felt lining and included are four rubber feet to be attached by the purchaser if desired. The feet are adhesive and nice quality.In all, this is a very nice box suitable for gifting. And the seller is a highly credible company with a great attitude about their products. The original box I ordered was lost in shipping somehow and they actually contacted me to offer their support. Unusual in today's business climate for sure.

One day, I looked at the jumble of hats and gloves and scarves on my entry way table and decided I needed to make a stab at neatening the display. I decided a box to hold the gloves was a good start.After some searching, I opted for this e.r.crew box in the 12.74 x 9.75 size. I am happy with my choice. This is a substantial box, you won’t be happy with it if you’re looking for something lightweight. It’s packed nicely in a drawstring velveteen-like pouch, which avoids scratches during transit. The bottom is lined with lightly-cushioned black felt. The first time you open the box, you’ll find four 1” diameter peel & stick silicone “feet” for a non-scratch bottom of the box.This is a simple but high-quality box. Little things such as feet made of thicker silicone, rather than skinny felt circles, show that e.r. crew takes pride in their products.The business card, which came with the box, says that e.r. crew is a small family-run business. The media could not be loaded. Edited: I bought a second box, the brown colored one this time. It arrived and was beautifully wrapped in a sturdy box, tucked inside a velvet bag. It is just as gorgeous as my first black box. Im really excited for this one since it will be used professionally for my tools and implements. Im going to add a beautifully inscribed metal plaque for the lid. I’ll attach photos when thats done. This sits on my office desk, out for display since it's such a conversation piece.Original: I bought this wooden box to use to house some pertinent documents. It arrived in perfect condition, and came in a beautiful sturdy box-(and bonus velvet bag!). I don't think the pictures do this wooden box justice- the black finish is so smooth- I spent probably 10 minutes running my hand over the lid (lol). Also, the hardware- good quality hardware, that provides a soft close- I really thought gravity would cause the closure to be loud- but the soft closure is a nice addition ( I probably closed and opened it no less than 27 times!). And I appreciate the velvet bottom inside the box, Its a good protection for my valuables. Soooo needless to say, this box is too pretty to store on a desk, so I'm going to put it on display on my mantle and store some other sentimental things in it. I truly love this treasure box!

Sturdy box, accurate description, a bit of an odor (glue) that eventually should diminish, so depending on what you need it for, that might be an issue. Overall, the description is accurate, comes in a nice bag and good packaging. Seller is excellent for any assistance you may need. Seller responds immediately and offers choices or resolution if you have any needs, questions, or help. Would highly recommend this Seller.
