Winco SPJL-606 Anti-Jamming Steam Pan, 44202 by 6-Inch, Standard Weight,Stainless Steel,Medium

My primary use is for sauces (this size) and storing them in the refrigerator. This weekend I made a batch of Tonkatsu sauce. Because this is stainless steel I was able to combine the ingredients, actually cook them in the pan and cool for an hour for the flavors to mingle. Then served the finished sauce along with the meal. Covered the pan of leftover sauce and straight into the refrig.Easy to clean! Speaking of which....Lighter gauge steel than what I'm used to in American commercial kitchen but half the cost. These are for use in my home and I would not hesitate to use these for group get togethers or even food trucks (commercial setting)...my friends just get used to experiencing commercial kitchen items in my home. I enjoy the look and feel of stainless having no worries about leaching chemicals, breakage, etc.These are winners! Can't nuke 'em but you can use these over range elements, grills, ovens etc and can also be set unto ice water bath to keep items cold...while it's late spring here in FL the temps were in the 80's during my family get together. Purchased this pan and made a small steamer lid for my griddle. I purchased a wood knob so it wouldn't get hot and used a stainless steel screw that I already had. Very pleased with how it came out and it works fantastic.

These pans are terrific. They're a nice size, and you can use them for cooking, re-heating, and serving.

originally bought as a sink basin for my sinverware, but wasnt deep enough, so now i use it for my French Toast bc its the perfect size and shape for dipping the bread

Otherwise it is very sturdy, it will do the job if it is the size you need?6 inches tall - 5 inches by 4 1/2 inches wide... it's smaller size adds to it's strength...Made in CHINA folks...

Great metal bin. I bought it as a replacement for the water trough for my electric smoker. It is NOT the correct size even though reviewers say it is.I missed the return due to COVID19 but will figure out some way to use it.

I saw this product used on a cooking site for keeping scraps out of the way while you cook. Yes, there’s a trash can for that, but it speeds things up having a receptacle on the counter. Cleans up nicely in dishwasher.

The three items make a good set of stainless petware, but this can all be noisy when the cats get rambunctious in the middle of the night. Like a spastic Jamaican steel drum band.
