Nuvo IronDecorative Pineapple Post Cap for 5.5" x 5.5" Posts, Black - PCP08

I had purchased a similar post cap awhile ago - 5.5" x 6" high, ball style from the same manufacturer. I loved it and placed it atop a 5.5" diameter wooden post in my garden, I then added some small solar lanterns to the sides of the post. The combination was just what I wanted - rustic lighting without the wiring. After living with it for the past 2 years, I decided that I was thinking too small...the post was fine but the lanterns were not as impressive as I wanted. So I replaced them with 4 standard size solar lanterns...they were exactly what I wanted and came with an embellished hanging bracket which enhanced the design. The only problem was my ball finial was now too small. Checked back on Amazon and found this unit. I knew the quality based on the ball cap I already had, but this one had the extra height. Balance has been restored to my garden.

Beautifully finished off the top of the 6x6 wooden posts, and connected the visual look to the that an iron gate is mounted to. Super happy with them.

Quality made topper for mailbox 6 x 6 post. Fits perfectly Have now forgiven the truck for hitting my old post.

thought it to be iron, its aluminum. no mater. btw it could be used for a bell it has very nice tone. i used as a final on a lamp post.
