Excellent value light up mirror
We have had an en suite built and wanted a mirror that did everything. We have a demister mirror in our main bathroom so knew we wanted that but I also wanted one that was backlit, round, had different temperatures of light and didn’t cost £300 (which is what most of them that tick all that criteria cost we found). Then I found this one. Our electrician installed it and he said it was ‘very straightforward’ so can’t comment on that any further. It has two buttons on the mirror itself which are lit up at all time. Red for off and blue for on so if that’s going to annoy you, this isn’t the mirror for you. The dismister part (just like our original mirror in the other bathroom) is a demister pad; the whole mirror doesn’t stay clear, only the central part but if you check out the photo I added, it’s a decent portion of it! Again, that’s a win for us. The three light colours (see the photos attached) are as shown. Warm white, bright ice white then a slightly dimmer warmer white. You have to cycle through the three to get to the one you’re after and then keep going to turn it off. So one click on for warm white but three clicks further for off. Make sense? Some reviews mentioned this being annoying. It’s a touch sensor button and it literally takes 0.4 seconds to do each press so for us, it’s not a problem. The colours are perfect and the ice white looks fab in the bathroom. The backlit light is also much softer on your skin when you’re looking at yourself (never first thing in the morning for me as that’s always a shock…..). The only ‘slight’ grumble you could have I’d say is the dimmest light level (push number 3 on the pad) is still quite bright. But it’s not a nightlight for us, it’s to provide useful light or ambient light in a bathroom so that doesn’t bother us. All in all I am very very happy!

Finished off my Bathroom Nicely
Love this mirror. Easy to fit and install, for wiring I removed the chopblock and used a separate waygo connector for each wire (Screwfix) just for extra ease. The light is very bright, and in reality I could just use this as a main light in the bathroom. Quite simply I don't regret buying this at all, I had another mirror ready to fit in the new ensuite but took 11th hour plunge to get something nicer like this and I really did make the right call as it finished off the bathroom nicely.Default mode when power is connected seems to be light on and heat off which means I could connect this to a hue plug somewhere to make it smart quite easily. If the heat was on by default I'd be motivated to make it smart to fit in with everything else I have, but it's not a deal breaker.I did have an issue with the original I was sent, a very tiny section of the light seemed to stay on dimmed (which I thought might have been a nightlight mode or something so I just asked the question) but 5* to the support received. Even after me not getting round to wiring it in for a good few months. Replies were very quick, polite and supportive. My replacement was sent just as quick

The devil is in the detail
Positives:Well made, stylish, nice to use, and very bright. Looks expensive.Negatives. Maybe I'm finicky but:The demister heat pad has no timer function. I expected it to shut off after a set period, maybe 30 minutes or so, but once turned on it stays on indefinitely, until you turn it off. It could potentially be left on 24/7.The lamp and heater buttons are RED when off and turn BLUE when on. Not a problem for the lamp maybe. But to turn the heated demister OFF you press the button so it turns RED. That's the opposite to my way of thinking, where HOT is normally RED. That will confuse my guests, unsure whether they have left the demister on or off. They are likely to switch it to BLUE which will leave the heater switched on.When power is applied to the mirror it lights up. Ideally it should power up in OFF mode. If there's a power cut then the light will come on when power is restored, and stay on until someone turns it off. Ideally I would isolate it with a PIR sensor. There is no template for drilling the screw holes, so you'd better be accurate in measuring out the positions for the 4 screws.

Lovely and looks great in my en-suite
This looks great and gives a lovely back-glow. Can't notice that its not a continuous strip when looking at it straight on, which is perfect for my space. Can notice little individual lights if looking from the side.

absolutely perfect
Bought this for my bathroom after it was refurbished. The photos online do it justice. It looks expensive and classy and although it wasn’t exactly cheap it was considerably cheaper than some of the other far more inferior ones I looked at. It has 3 different light settings and, once I’d got used to them found they were all excellent depending on what you were using them for. I was a little concerned that after doing my makeup I’d emerge into natural light looking like a clown but if anything I think I’d applied less. All in all I’m very pleased and it’s made an excellent and stylish addition to my new bathroom

Looks good, fiddly to fit
The product out of the box feels like a quality item - fairly heavy and good build. It’s very attractive when installed - quite thin and very pleasant lighting. The down side as others have mentioned are next to useless instructions, installing requires patience and very careful measurements, and slightly non- logical touch sensitive buttons to operate the heating element and light cycles. However you get used to that and it looks great on the wall. If you are reasonably competent DIYer I would overall recommend it. A template to drill the holes would help, and the ability to turn off the light without having to cycle through the colour selections would be nice.
