I don't recall, I just drilled new holes and bolted it into the cold air intake box

Can this be screwed on to cold air intake box housing?

It fit my intake pipe and my fit my filter size, I made it work

Is there an adapter to fit a 5” intake tube?

I'm not sure but if you're willing to put in the time you should be able to find one
