Great workout powder. Gives me boost during my workouts

This is a great source for a fast-acting carb. I use it pre and intra-workout while my carbs are low. If you have a diet where you minimize carbs early in your day, you might find that pre-workout powders and aminos only go so far. If you’re a lifter, this can mean a lack of pumps. I’ve found fruit and other sugary sources as a fast-acting carb have negatives such as upset stomach that this does not have. And no crashing.

As I mentioned. For health reasons I can't do pre workout. But I found this stuff as a sample at a local nutrition shop and it is great! Flavor is lite and doesn't overpower. It also doesn't mix really well but if you keep shaking it will eventually. I get a lot of stamina and I love this stuff when I need the extra push for a pr, or I need extra endurance.

Force the pump with intra workout carbs. It gave me diarrhea the first time. If this happens to you dilute it more. Be advised that using this will reduce fat utilization during workouts. I instantly noticed an increase in muscle volumization (pump). It may clump immediately after mixing with water. Wait, it will dissolve within a few minutes. Gotta love the artificial flavor

Used Karbolyn and Labradas Power Carb both were good products, but I noticed a energy increase the first time used. This and Metabolic Nutritions amino acids for my intra workout drink is a staple. My energy level and strength is noticeably greater than before I found Metabolic Nutrition. This review is coming from a daily runner and lifter who has used too many different supplements to even list, so I feel my review is very honest and valid.

If looking for just Clusterdextrin, look elsewhere as this website description is misleading in that this includes other garbage ingredients that Metabolic Nutrition can't sell separately and product is not returnable.

Ideal carb source for intra workout nutrition, mixes well. No bloat pairs well with essential amino acids or branch chain aminos.

I wasnt sure i purchased the right product, i was going to return it and decided to give it a try, i must say hands down impressive, my workouts are incredibly high level energy, i use it on heavy days and it feels good... must use for folks that want added energy 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
