Had some issues with Delivery! But got the chair. Beautiful and comfortable. Had one once before as a gaming chair, same kind but bought it from walmart. I used to fall asleep in it all the time. Now i have it for work! One of the best chairs for the cheapest price you can get! If you want a more comfortable chair then this..... your looking at about 300 bucks. Which is next on my list! It comes with its own screws and washers. The manual is self explanatory however you do kinda gotta play the guessing game. It's pretty simple! match the screws up with the ones in diagram. It comes with an Alan wrench. Your hand might be a bit tired tho. I advise to tighten them with super lock tight or gorilla glue so they never come unloose. And gorilla glue the bolt covers on. Keep in mind if you use gorilla glue..... they will never come off. Lol. But as far as tighting it.... do not over tighten it. Tighten enough to where you have to put some pressure on it to turn it half way and stop. Another tip, it's a bit of a pain to set it up with one person. If you got an extra set of hands... use em. If not.... you might be their for a bit. Start with setting up base. Then put arms on seat. (Keep bolts loose but screwed in. You'll see why later when you tighten them down) Then attach back to arms and seat. (Now make sure bolts are in holes and tighten them down. But not at once! Do about 4 turns, move to another one. Then the other side. It's like tightening lug nuts on the wheel of a car. If you tighten one all the way down it will throw all the other bolts off and make it much more difficult to ease the bolts into the holes they go in) Then attach seat to base. Believe me. It's way easier if you do it like that instead of how the installation instructions say. After that, put the caps on the holes to cover the bolts. If you don't glue them, they will pop off ..... their not..... super good. But!!!! 1 or 2 drops of gorilla glue and you never have to worry about them popping off. (They seem like they go on their tight, but they don't stay on!)

Very easy to assemble - directions quite clear. Chair is comfortable and I can adjust.

Good chair for the money. Comfortable and moves well. Easy to put together. The high back is great for relaxing between working at a desk.

The chair came packed well. It is comfortable but some of it was a bit hard to assemble. Where the arms are attached to the seat the screws are so hard to get in and they aren't going in all the way but seems to be holding okay. It's a nice size. Happy with the chair itself.

Updated 2024 Review (2nd chair): I purchased a new chair to replace my old one (same product) since the previous one had worked out so well. The first one was the white one, and my most recent purchase was the black one. Once I got the new one assembled, I was shocked when I sat in it. It was horribly uncomfortable. I measured the seat depth of the new chair and the seat depth is more than 2 inches shorter than the old one. It looks like they moved the screw holes on the seat, so now the seat back sits fully on top of the seat (taking up part of the back section of the seat) instead of actually being behind the seat. Now I have almost no support for my legs which extend several inches past the end of the seat. I'm not sure why Amazon won't allow me to submit a second review for the second chair that I purchased since I actually purchased a different color this time. Therefore I'm replacing my previous 5-star review with a 1-star review which is based on my most recent purchase. 2020 Review: I have had this chair for 4 years now as my primary desk chair and am now looking to replace it with a new one. The chair is still in great shape visually, but the seat cushion is getting compressed and losing its padding. This chair is very comfortable and it lasted longer than I expected an inexpensive desk chair to last. I looked up my previous order to see when I had purchased the chair, and it's also less expensive now than when I purchased it 4 years ago.

My friend bought one of these and I had to get one. I work from home and sit all day and this chair delivers! No extra seat cushion for comfort needed. I've had this for almost a year and the seat is just as comfortable and padded as the day I bought it. My back pain has been significantly diminished as well as neck stiffness and general discomfort. I love my chair.

I work from home, so having a really comfortable chair that supports my back and provides me a nice place to sit for 8 hours is really important to me. I ordered this chair in March 2023 and was really happy with it at first. Sleek, easy to put together, and comfortable. I then had an issue with it because after I sat on it while wearing leggings, the entire seat and armrests turned black from the fabric. No other furniture I own turns black from my leggings. I reached out to the seller and they were kind enough to provide me a replacement for the seat and the two armrests at no charge. I went through the whole summer and didn't wear leggings. However, I am now in Oct 2023 and wearing leggings again. The chair seat and armrests are black again, but there is also a lot of wear to the chair in general. I understand I sit in it a lot, but the seat lost its comfort factor. Additionally, I lean on the left armrest a lot and it shows - there is a large indent on it. The fake leather material is just not for me and the chair no longer looks attractive. I wish it lasted longer considering how much I paid for it.

I’m really disappointed with my purchase 1. The leverage does lock in place!! 2. One hand-rest screw was missing so I had to go to the Canadian Tire only for buying a single screw!!!!! 3. You won’t be able to tilt the seat-back forward and backwards!!!! It shipped on time and the assembly was not a pain

It is a tall and comfortable chair with big seat for people like me (6 feet tall and heavy). Cons: wheelbase is of a smaller chair so I am worried about stability and don't want to lean too much backward. Also the swing back lock seems cheap and loose.
