Great little device, worth the price!
Works as expected. Sound quality is excellent no connection issues as of yet. Happy to be able to control tracks with my steering wheel. Next track is a bit delayed but acceptable. Worth the price.

Easy Bluetooth Upgrade for LX470 – Works Great with a Few Quirks
I installed this on my LX470 and it was super easy. Just disconnect the CD changer from the head unit, plug in the adapter, tape the receiver down with some double‑sided tape, and tuck the wires away. Took me maybe 10 minutes total. A couple minor cons. Sometimes it tries connecting to two devices at once and beeps until the car restarts. The mic is just okay, not amazing but definitely usable. Overall I can’t complain. It adds Bluetooth to an old car and the steering wheel controls still work which is a huge plus. For the price it’s totally worth it.

Works on 08 RX400h
Works perfectly on my 2008 Lexus RX400h. Easy to install and I kept the device in the glove box. Only issues I noticed is when it is cold, it might not connect to my device, however this rarely happens. Make sure to get the 6 pin cable which is not included.

Unreliable operation.
It is intermittently working with my 2005 Prius radio. It is hit or miss every time I step into the car. The bluetooth connects all the time but does not switch to CD in order to operate the system. When it does operate correctly, the sound quality is great streaming apple music. The phone operation is also great when the system operates. There is a beep through the radio speakers to confirm radio system is connected properly. Update: the Bluetooth connection still operates all the time but now the communication from the phone to radio speakers are null.

Skips on startup
Had this for about a year now in my 2004 GX470. It works, steering wheel buttons work, sound quality is fine, install isn't easy but that's the GX's fault, not the adaptor. So why 3 stars? Whenever you start up the audio cuts out/skips for the first 10-20 seconds and it's infuriating. If you're listening to a podcast or an audio book or music you have to turn off the stereo or pause it out do something "extra" to make it work like any other Bluetooth device ever made. Additionally, the call volume is different than the audio volume and you never know what you're going to get, but you know it will never be right. Finally, when you shut off the car it's inconsistent on when it cuts off the audio. I've used at least 6-7 different music, audio book, and video apps over the last year, all the problems are there and it's driving me nuts. If I had paid $25 bucks and didn't need to rip the entire infotainment system out of the dash maybe I would be fine with it. Maybe if you only listened to music and didn't mind it skipping every time it would be fine. But if you listen to any audio you're going to be starting/stopping/rewinding constantly and it will drive you nuts.

You need to take out your stereo which is a pretty simple matter if you’re handy.
Easy to install, but you need to buy the y connector if your car has navigation. Sound quality is exceptional. You’ll toss your fm unit that plugs into the cigarette lighter.

Plug and play upgrade for RX350 2nd gen
RX350 2007-2009 w/nav and 6 disc CD player I bet you this is the only vehicle that can play radio, tapes, CDs, and stream Bluetooth music! Nav, 6 disc CD changer, steering buttons, and factory Bluetooth phone calls all work perfectly. I also bought the newest DVD maps from here https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KDVT6QB and that also is working great! Install tips: -You NEED to get the 6+6 Y-Splitter cable to make everything work. Many things do not work without this cable. -Radio pull out is 4 x 10mm bolts. Don't drop them in the dash. YouTube's videos show the best way to take it out. -Many mounting locations are possible, but none of them look great if you want to use the extra USB port as a charger port.
