I've been using Hum collagen tablets for 2 months now. I started seeing results almost immediately BUT I already was taking the Olly beauty collagen gummies for two weeks when I started hum. I still take both. I am 49 years old and I do a lot of other stuff too, like I take biotin, B12, and vitamin C gummies (because I hate pills) and as soon as I finish those I will start taking Vitafusion Gorgeous Hair, Skin & Nails which are multivitamins needed to boost collagen ( I did the research) like vitamin A B's C E + zink. So I've been adding up to my vitamins and also to my skincare products and my skin has improved a lot. I use Bliss vitamin C serum daily , I use vitamin E oil twice a week and also my eye cream and moisturizer daily, not long ago I was only using eye and face creams , and I realized I had to do a lot more to take care of my visible wrinkles around my mouth which bothered me the most and under my eyes . It's a lot of work, yes and discipline but I feel all my efforts are paying off. I'm very very happy with hum collagen effervescent tablets, they take 20 minutes to dissolve that's the only little issue. It tastes good I would say. Some people don't like the taste but honestly I've tried worse than that.. lol.. like who has tried chia seeds in water to lose weight (yuck) My face was more plump on the right places and looked more fresh , I started wearing less makeup those were the first results after 2 weeks. Now my skin is more "even" (vitamin c and e ) and my neck a little more firm . I absolutely recommend the hum collagen, I will continue taking them , they're part of my "beauty" rutin now. I almost forgot to mention that I do a short "lifting facial massage" every day as I'm putting my skincare products on and twice a week I do a deeper lifting facial massage with my facial tools (nothing expensive) with my vitamin E oil . My last acquisition is a Q10 serum from Timeless because It'll be helpful on my skin too, I just bought it, can't wait to see the results..

I'm not too fond of taking collagen pills, so decided to try these tablets instead. I plop one in my 40oz Stanley cup first thing in the morning and it helps me hit my daily water goal intake. The flavor is light, refreshing and not too sweet. Enjoy!

If I could partner with this company, I definitely would because I am the flavor and soda-like effect that this provides makes drinking collagen waaaaay easier. I tried other products and literally returned them the next day because not only were they expensive, but the taste and texture were not for me. These tables are portable, easy to drop into your water bottle, and it doesn't change the consistency of your drink, it just makes it carbonated which gives it a soda-like effect. I actually really liked these and bought them a couple of times already. I'm hoping they come out with more flavor 😉

I had purchased this first through my Boxycharm subscription, and I absolutely fell in love. I had 8greens first and if you have ever had that, then you will already love it. Its like an alka seltzer tablet but good for you and taste great. This is a great way to ensure you are getting all you water and vitamins. It is 10 dollars a bottle or 30 for three which is a bit pricey, but worth it. Try one and see for yourself!
