TransformHQ Meal Replacement Shake Powder 28 Servings (Chocolate Peanut Butter) - Gluten Free, Non-GMO

I love all the transform products and have used many. I particularly like the meal replacement shakes, the boost with added caffeine and the hydration mix. (The last two are water enhancers). My favorite flavor is the fruit punch flavor for the drink mixes and my favorite meal replacement shake flavors are: pumpkin, eggnog, strawberries and cream, birthday cake and blueberry cheesecake.

I love all of these. This pineapple is my favorite. It's how I start my day. Of all the shakes or smoothies protein powders I've bought over the years. This and Kos are the only ones that keep me full for a few hours.

Good quality and value for money.

I tried these out when my MCAS medication made food taste gross to me. I have liked almost every flavor I've tried. The strawberry ones are a no go for me. But vanilla, chocolate, s'mores, blueberry cheesecake - all are surprisingly really good. Cake batter was too sweet. Same with the cinnamon roll. They did keep me full for about 3-4 hours. Pricing is decent. Low sugar content compared to most things (although I am almost sugar free so this was a bit more than I was used to). I like that you can control how thick it is - add more or less water depending on whether you want a milkshake consistency or more milk consistency. Unfortunately they are not dairy free. I am sensitive to dairy so I limit it, which means I can't have this every day. I tried, but I just started to feel like crap. Also, some have wheat as well, but it's hard to find which ones. Their website is not exactly the easiest to navigate when you are looking for specific things like ingredients. They are there, you just have to dig. I even asked their customer service if there was an easier way to find ingredients and their reply was "look on the website". Not helpful. I ended up buying a bunch of sample packets just to read the ingredients. It would be amazing if they had common food allergies listed clearly. And I would buy A LOT if there was a dairy/wheat free option.

This is one of the best meal replacements that I have ever had. I chose the vanilla to play it safe and plan to purchase more! The powder mixes very well in cold milk and doesn’t leave a chalky feel while drinking. There is minimal clumping (might have been my poor quality leaky shaker bottle to be honest here) but the clumps aren’t chalky and gross so that’s a win. This tastes like if you let your ice cream get really melty then drank it and I love that. It makes it easier to drink. The thickness helps because it really does remind me more of a shake instead of just powder dissolved into milk. I will say that I have not tried it with water and I do not intend to. I use whole milk for more fat content. The protein content is fair in comparison to other shakes and the shake will make you feel full for a few hours at least. I carry almonds with me, string cheese and some grapes occasionally so if I get peckish depending on my activity level I’m not craving a binge meal or making poor decisions. Over al I really like this product and am confident it is going to help me reach my goals.

The taste of this is great, but I do not like the fact that it has Sucralose for a sweetener. I did not notice this or I would not have bought it. I avoid Sucralose and aspartame. The pineapple flavor is awesome. I wish that this company would use stevia instead.

I've worked my way through many types and brands of protein supplements but this one is top notch. Love that the product isn't sickenly thick and that the flavors are a tad subtle. Easy to mix, easy to drink and I really like the nutritional profile.
