Over time your Instapot seals will take on smells that kight not be great when making something like yogurt so this set swapped out all the silicone in ours. Good price too.

Haven't used as yet, but it was easy to put on and get seated properly. I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work as well as the original. It is as flexible as the original. Fun colors! Great price! (Regarding the issue of smells - smells from cooking come out as the gasket is run thru the dishwasher.) I've had a chance to use this since my review and it worked perfect! I stand behind my review regarding the value, durability and quality of the ring. And again as to the smells picked up by a silicone ring, original or replacement - wash the ring, if the smell doesn't come out, run it through the dishwasher until the smell iOS so insignificant and subtle that it won't "bleed" into your next recipe.

Great! I love these sealing rings. They work perfectly with my 6 qt instant pot. I use the red for spicy foods, blue for baking, and clear for comfort foods. It's so nice to have a set of three on hand. Yes, they are a little stiffer than the ring that came with the instant pot originally, but I've had no problem with them. Gooray is a wonderful seller, too. I had an issue with one not sealing, and their customer service fixed the problem within a few days. I'm very satisfied with my purchase! One thing to keep in mind: make sure the sealing rings are pressed all the way down and not folded at all when putting the lid on the instant pot. I've experienced a bit more liquid collecting in the back container with these rings than with the original ring. These are machine-washable. I use my instant pot almost every day, and it is nice to have four rings (the original, and these three). I just toss them into the dishwasher as they get dirty, which saves me a lot of time and cleaning. I throw the inner pot(s) and lid of the instant pot into the dishwasher before running it, and this easy cleanup is wonderful. It makes my life as a graduate student so much easier. It's nice to eat healthy, and I'm saving money by being able to cook things like oatmeal, beans, and rice in a short amount of time from a dried state, meaning I can buy in bulk. I love it.

I have only used one of the rings so far and it fits perfectly. The old ring that came with my pot was stretched out and smelled like Indian spices! I like the separate colors so that I can keep one for more delicate foods like dessert. Or I just have extra replacements.

They are just like original seal. I like having colors because it helps me remember what seal I want to use.. Garlic and onion smells stay in the seal and I don't want that for sweet treats that I make in the instant pot
