Get sexy and fit!
To all of you who is interested to lose weight and look awesome for the summer. Here is my non-bias review/ true story. I want you to know that in order for you to have a high quality life it requires a lot of hard work and doing the same thing over and over and never giving up will create a new life style and this means creating new habits and get rid of the bad habits. There is no miracle drug but I wish I learned about CLA sooner. I've started my fitness journey about 11 Months ago and 3/2815 will be exactly one year. I've lost total of 43LBs of FAT and I've gained 15LBs of muscles. Losing weight is not as hard as you think if you have the right knowledge and are willing to work hard for it. Setting a short/long term fitness goal is very important and by consuming the right supplement could help you to achieve your fitness goal faster and prevent you from giving up so fast because you don't see the result that you wanted. Be honest and be realistic to yourself and your goals. This means DO NOT cheat... don't have a cheat meal every other day, don't eat and celebrate like it's your bday because you lost 5lbs. I've been counting my calories and protein intake and working out twice a day and eating my prep meals 5 times a day isn't just good enough for me any more after I've been sticking to my game plan for 10 months. I want to lose more body fat and build muscles FAST!! But realistically, it's so hard... but doable. For the last 30 days I've been eating about 2000 calories per day (I was only getting 1500 cal per day for 5 months, don't do it unless you know what to eat or else you will lose your muscles) which is 500 more than my average calories consumption but my protein level is even higher. I consume 300GM of protein everyday and based on my height and weight my diet plan will help me to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. I've learned about CLA about 4 months and I've finally decided to purchase it about a month ago. I've always been a big fan of NatureWise because of its name brand and quality I've ordered two bottles of Naturewise's Green Coffee Bean Extract and I take that with my NatureWise's CLA..... I just trust the quality of their product. I've finished my first bottle and a month later... my weight stays the same considering the fact that I've INCREASED my calories intake, especially carbs (gotta have carbs to build mass and lift heavy) and my entire body is more defined. Helpful info - 3400 cal is about 1LB of fat. If you want to gain muscle mass you have to take 2grams of protein per body weight. I weight 195 and I consume over 300GM of protein per day with 2000 calories for the last month and I can still gain mass and lose body fat?! This product SURE helps! Why am I talking about calories and protein all the time? Because most of the reviews here would tell you how much of weight they've lost but most people do not know that when you lose 10lbs 60 usually is fat and 40% is muscle and if you don't have that much mass already and just pure fat... then you are losing 60% of water weight and 40% of fat for each pound you lose. I work out twice a day and each work out is 2 hours... I burn more than 1200 calories per day and with a 2000 calories intake... and high protein intake... I can STILL BE able to get bigger arms and gain mass and lose body fat get ripped?!! CLA works! CLA WILL help you to burn fat and if you want to get the best result you have to count calories and protein intake and must work out. CLA helps me to lose my body fat FASTER and I don't worry about losing my muscles as much. You can't take CLA and still eat bad and still want to lose weight. Impossible. Sorry about the long message but to me, it's very important to have a fundamental beliefs and solid foundation in regards to fitness and goal setting that way you will appreciate NatureWise's product even more. I get very pissed off when I see ppl give this product a 1, 2, or a 3 star. I have a strong feeling that these guys who rated it less than a 4 star usually are the same fat guys that get all pissed off because I lost all the weight and got ripped and I do 200 reps per set on an Ab machine.... and they want to teach me how to work out. Remember what I said earlier about DO NOT CHEAT?! I hate cheaters and I hate ppl who cut corners.... I buy NatureWise's product because they offer the highest quality of product and what I mean by that is that they don't put fillers into the caps and you don't break out like a teenager because some unknown stuff in the caps. Don't be that guy who wants to lose weight but dose not want to eat right and go to the gym. Sorry about the grammar or poor punctuation... just got back from a 3 hour high intensity workout... gotta go.

Slimming Down Synergestically With Naturewise Elite CLA 1300 and Raspberry Ketones
Again most recently I was reading an article of Ms. Ann Louise Gittleman's (Highly regarded 'Health' author/Nutritionist of many books; most recently-"Radical Metabolism") on her recommendations for quick summer slimming down. She advised her readers to consider her 1000 mg. CLA as a means to drop extra pounds while preserving muscle mass. Since I was already on Naturewise's Raspberry Ketones I decided to 'step up my game' and add on Ms. Gittleman's recommendation of CLA. I have been on both for approximately 3-4 weeks and have seen excellent results! So far I have lost 9 lbs. and only have a few more to go! In addition to taking these 2 amazing products of Raspberry ketones (2 in the am 1 hour before meals) and Elite Cla 1300 (2-3 with each meal), I also begin my morning with drinking 16 ozs. of lemon water with apple cider vinegar and ginger! I then take 2 Raspberry Ketones, Tyrosine 500 mg., Vitamin B Complex, and occ. L-Glutamine. I then walk 3-4 miles. After this I usually eat 2 boiled eggs and 1 sliced avocado. My first meal comes after a 12 hour fasting and i have now trained myself for over a year now and I am not that hungry until the last 30 minutes! I also do weight bearing exercises and yoga and muscle and strength training classes twice per week. I also eat largely a Organic, Whole Foods Plant Based Diet (Even more convinced after graduating from the renowned "T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition at Cornell" in March, 2019) and am a Pescatarian (Wild Caught Salmon only) and part Vegan. I am also gluten-free, soy-free, sugar-free and dairy-free! That is a lot of "FREE's" but guarantee you, you will feel better and do better especially if you have food sensitivities or concerns as I do! These 2 products have supported my commitment to my weight loss goals along with losing a couple of inches! These 2 products are the "icing on the cake". NOT The Cake. Everything else that you "Do" and "Be" are the Cake. The Naturewise company is sending me 1 more product of each as I reached out to them and they were very prompt! Smart Marketing. Smart Products. Happy Customers. A "Win-Win" for all! Give these 2 products a chance along with a very healthy diet, exercise and lifestyle and you may just be as pleased as I am.

Based on my own experience
I've actually been taking this CLA 1,250 since November 2016. I can only say, it has worked wonders on me and my body! (Truth is I got lazy and I stop taking them for a year until I realized my body size and body metabolism changing and not necessarily for the best...) I had a few pills left in the bottle to last me 2 weeks, but I tell you, I saw improvement again after those 2 weeks of usage, and so I'm back at it. I went from XL almost XXL to now size SMALL almost XS. It's not a magic pill so you have to be consistent and committed to it. Based on my own experience, I definitely know It does work, because it cuts your appetite, your cravings, does not make you dizzy, sleepy, nauseous, tired or hyper. I'm glad I don't get heartburns, stomachache, or headaches (although the pill is a little big... almost 1 inch, it's good that it has no rough or uncomfortable taste like aspirin, so I usually swallow it with a little bit of lemonade and a whole bottle of water to stay full). AND most importantly, DO YOUR PART as well. Take the pills, and get out there. Do some exercise and try not to think of food. Don't give up and don't expect to "Let me take the pill and eat some burgers and fries". Yeah......... uhm.... That's not how it works, so don't blame the product if "It doesn't work". Stay healthy by motivating yourself to think healthy, exercise and eat healthy too. Hope my honest review was helpful to you. VirnaL.

NatureWise CLA 1250 Review - 29 y/o Active Male
I have tried a number of CLA/weight loss/health products to add to my everyday "healthy" lifestyle that I am trying to live. This is probably hands down the best out there that I have tried. Who I am: 29 y/o male, active, fit, workout 4-6x weekly who loves french fries, candy and participating in an activity that "might" make me overly hungry on a daily basis that is hard to control - this definitely helped me with that. I also only tend to take 3 pills, once a day during one of my meals in the middle of the day (usually lunch obviously). What I was looking for: Appetite suppression, increased energy, help with bowel movements, and weight management My Results: Appetite suppression: Absolutely. Even with participating in my nightly activity, this was able to absolutely help more than I expected. However, if you are buying for this reason, you still have to have a level of self-control, this is just your assistant for that. If I took the scheduled 9 pills daily, I don't think I'd have any appetite at all. I feel the effects enough from 3, once daily. Increased Energy: I am going to have to bypass this one because I am already a pretty energetic/active guy. I would say that I haven't really felt tired during the day, and I WOULD NOT recommend taking past 8PM if you eat dinner late. Bowel Movements (skip if you don't want to know): It absolutely helped with this. This was one of the more important things to me in that I only have 2 or so a week (which I know is "normal" but I don't tend to agree, I feel much lighter now that I have a daily) -- but not only that, this like "packages" it daily which is an in and out scenario which is awesome. Warning!!!! --- My first two nights were MISERABLE with this stuff. I mean I couldn't sleep, had to go to the bathroom 8 times and was hurting. FIGHT THROUGH --- because I have had this effect with several different pills, and I know that the body has to acclimate to the new pill I can say this has been the best "result" from that viewpoint even with the 2 night misery. Weight Management: We'll I work out quite a bit. I eat pretty healthy with about 3-5 "cheat" meals per week. Therefore, I eat super healthy 75% of the time, then I eat like crap the other 25%. I also workout 4-6 times a week, depending on work and availability. So, yes I would say I am very happy with my weight management -- however, I don't know how much the pill actually helped. Note: If you are like me, you may have a bit of stomach issues for the first few minutes where you will burp up a really weird taste when taking the pill. Just ignore it, it isn't a big deal. If that is the worst side effect, I'll take them forever. Just to throw it out there: I am doing this review to get my second bottle free, as they promised after your first purchase/review.

Great product, worked for me!
NatureWise CLA 1250 Weight Management Supplement, 90 Count First of all, I'm not a health care professional. I bought this product based on the reviews, and have tried it on myself. So far, I am very satisfied. Second, a bit of background: Before ordering this bottle, I was already going through a weight loss journey. My initial goal was to loose forty pounds this year, and I began dieting and exercising some time in early December. I saw some results doing this self-diet thing, losing about fifteen pounds since then. I have not maintained the proper healthy diet because I lack the self control, but I continue to exercise at least three to four times a week for an hour or so. The first fifteen pounds came of at a comfortable pace, and I was pretty happy. However, I've been at a no weight loss run for months now. I was feeling really down on myself, and figured a little boost wouldn't hurt. So I ordered the CLA1250. I received the bottle, and did a dose of one capsule every meal the following day (total 3 capsules). There was no adverse effects on me, no jittery feeling or anything like that, and I always remembered to take it with food. Now for the first couple of days, I didn't see any noticeable difference. I didn't weigh myself after the first week, preferring to wait two weeks to test the product. I did not change my exercise pattern, but I did start eating a bit more (I blame the influx of parties and get togethers the past month), but I still saw results. I was pretty shocked. Gradually, my appetite started to decrease, and I don't find myself at a constant snacking mode. My energy levels are getting better, I am able to run a bit more on the treadmill, and at the start of November, found myself five pounds lighter. Really, really happy with the results so far, and really happy with how I don't have to restrict my diet. Yes, having a healthier diet will boost the results of the product, but I prefer to eat small amounts of indulgences such as cake and ice cream rather than cram vegetables in me (sad, I know). It does work for me, and I will keep on using it until I get to my goal weigh! TLDR: I exercised three to four times a week, still ate junk along with proper food, and CLA1250 slowly made me stop constant snacking and has helped me lose about five pounds in the last few weeks of constant use.

WHAT TO KNOW-Good Product
Boy reviews are hard to take seriously sometimes. SO I offer this as one who did not get a free bottle for a great review. This product worked fairly well. I did notice a decrease in appetite. Nothing extreme but enough to be supportive. Why not 5 stars then? Well, some really important notes that may cause some issues and explain the few 1 &2 star revewis. This product is made of safflower and related derivatives. Its an oil, with that, comes the risk of bloat, diarrhea, gas, and upset stomach. If you are allergic to ragweed, daisies and many of the fall allergy plants, this might not be for you. If you have difficulty taking Omega Fish oils, you may find similar side effects with this. Heachaces reported by some can be compared to those same headaches you get during allergy season. Hopefully hearing it like that it makes sense to others. This information is disclosed in teeny tiny writing in box flyer, but not large enough for all sensitive types to catch. In addition, this takes time to build up an effect and during that time you may notice some undesired initial intolerances, such as bloat (from oil) and upset stomach. (Often because it's not done with a meal). I can verify it can take 2 weeks to get past what you hate to obtain what you will then love. It just depends on what you are feeling and seeing with your own body. Getting that out of the way. I like this product. I had taken GNC 3-6-9 CLA before and was happy with that except for the unreasonable price. I found this after some research and a tight budget demanding alternatives. Between the two, I would go back to GNC. However, over time I found this product began to catch up. I did experience bloat and neasua at first. Stopped it, talked to my GI and then restarted after the suggestion of taking a probiotic. The second time around I stuck with it and by the end of the second week I looked back and was really pleased many days passed by without constant hunger. WOW, was my thought. So I tested and stopped it again. By end of 1st week OFF, the hunger returned and I settled in my mind I would use this for a few months. The other benefit was an improvement in my anemia. It boosted other struggling systems and that was awesome. I gave it 3 stars because it does challenge sensitive stomachs. It is unforgiving if you take it on an empty stomach. A juice or light protein drink are not enough to prevent the average stomach upset. But with a solid food, even if a light one, its great. In order to move up to 4 stars, it would need to be stronger and take less time for optimal effect. To move up to 5 stars it would need to better compete with products that combine the CLA and 3-6-9 type of approach AND as a fellow allergy sufferer, be much more VISIBLY CLEAR on the likelihood of ragweed allergies and possible side effects/reactions. , at least in my book. For the average person, I do recommend this product. The price is hard to beat, and the effects if patient, really great! I would say buy this confidently especially if you are not a sensitive type. If you are, a probiotic is recommended, and this will still work for you. (Culturell, VLS3, Nature Made Probiotic type items. Hey, those are really important anyway.) Hope this helps for those that read all the way through. You really should try this first before shelling out alot of cash on others.

My Body Didn't Like It
I'm about 5-10 lbs. over my average weight, almost 30 years old, female. I feel like my metabolism has hit a wall and lately my weight either plateaus or gains even after consistent diet and exercise. So I decided to add this supplement to my routine after seeing so many positive reviews. Day 1 - I started with one in the morning before breakfast and then did my usual at the gym. Felt fine, nothing unusual. I then took the 2nd pill at lunch, and had a small coffee drink soon after. I felt fine but after about an hour I felt the energy kick in and I regret mixing it with coffee because it felt like I had tons of espresso in my body (minus the jitters). I skipped taking the recommended 3rd pill because I still felt there was way too much in my system. By the time I went to bed, it was really hard to sleep. Every time I started to fall asleep, a "jolt" type feeling would wake me up. I've never had this before, so it must be a side effect. I'm not sure if it was the bad combo of coffee + CLA or just my body reacting to CLA, but I think I'll give it another day and just try 1 pill rather than the 3 the directions recommend, and no caffeine. I was researching CLA 1250 side effects and it looks like others have experienced the difficulty sleeping as well. There are many mixed reviews out there, articles that may be bogus or paid for by companies. I would say if you are considering this, do some extra research to see if it's right for you. I searched the supplement on webmd and about(dot) com and found their info to be really informative. UPDATE - June 3, 2014 After a week, I decided to stop taking these. I took 1 pill in the morning. There was a slight energy boost mid-day, but it would only last about 1/2 hour. By the end of the day, I had really sharp, uncomfortable stomach cramps during digestion. This would occur every day I took CLA, so I stopped because it just wasn't worth the pain. I really wanted this to work, but it wasn't worth continuing to see if it made a change in my weight. Nothing against the company which sells it, my body just wasn't responding well to the ingredients. I think supplements should make your body feel better, not worse. My routine now is to drink green tea every day, eat more protein foods and I have a cup of Natural Calm (search it on amazon) at night for the magnesium benefits. In addition, I started doing Zumba on my Xbox (lol). I've only lost 1-2 lbs but I feel great, and healthier than I did taking CLA supplements. My takeaway -- What works for some people may not work for your own body's system. Listen to your body and do some research on whatever you put into it.

The CLA seems to have received good reviews, and I figured why the heck not
As a busy college student, I don't always find the time to exercise or eat right. I wanted to lose a bit of weight (20 pounds) before graduation, so I looked around a bit and came across this product. I have tried several diets, diet pills, anything you can think of but I struggle to keep the weight off. The CLA seems to have received good reviews, and I figured why the heck not, but I wasn't expecting this to be a miracle drug that would magically take off weight without me doing anything. First week I had a bit of an off week for school, so I had the time to do about 20-30 minutes of light yoga each day, 3 meals with 1 pill of CLA after each meal. I got on the scale on the Sunday (exactly a week) and I was surprised that I had lost 6 pounds! I didn't do anything special; in fact, I still ate whatever I wanted and snacks on chocolate here and there. However I did realize I was getting full faster and was able to stay full longer throughout the week. The second week was a different story. I was taking 20 credits and found myself in the middle of 5 projects/papers. I barely had time to sleep not to mention eat or exercise. I had Chinese take out everyday of pretty much every meal, most of the time that would only be 1 meal per day, and I only took CLA after my meal. Of course, exercise was the last thing I could of. Sunday came around and I gained 3 pounds. I was kind of surprised because I was expecting to have gained more than that. Third week, the week before final, still busy, still doing my very unhealthy eating habits. I figure it's just another week or so to get to my spring break! Sunday came around and I was expecting some gain, but to my surprise, my weight stayed the same. Final's week! Really no sleep/food time! Weight stayed the same! This is my 5th week on CLA now and I finally have the time to eat right and exercise. As I expected, this isn't a miracle "do nothing and lose weight!" type of product. It is a product that gives you a little extra push to help you achieve your weight loss goals. However, it depends on you to make sure you exercise and eat right. I did notice that my waist and my face got smaller. I was asked by several people if I had lost any weight. I was also contacted by a very lovely customer service lady that gave me advice on how to take the product. I was recommended 1 pill per meal on the first week, then slowly increase the dosage so that my body could get use to it. She also told me that I could just take the CLA with a small snack if I didn't find the time to eat, however that seems to give me a bad headache/dizziness. I will continue to take CLA, at the very least it seems to be helping me not gain as much. Will update this in maybe a month or so!
