Safe and Solid Performing Pans
Several months ago my sister-in-law and I decided to replace our old Teflon non-sticks. After much research we chose these Valencia Pro Green Pans and have been very happy with their performance on all levels. My daughter and her partner (he's the chef here) recently moved into their new home in London. He discovered that his old non-sticks would not work on the induction cooktop so I ordered these for him as a housewarming gift-a winner!

Non stick not adequate
I’ve been using it but don’t find the non stick good despite putting oil in the pan. My old tefal was better but I was looking for a healthier option. Is it genuine ? Do others feel the same way?
