I'm about 2 weeks into a weight loss plan and wanted to find some help in controlling hunger. This coffee which includes MCT oil and butter helps a lot. The taste is something I would only have on a special occasion, creamy and sweet. There's some discussion about the flavor. To me it tastes like a caffelatte in Italy. I don't care if it's more vanilla or toffee or what. I have made this my first cup and I follow it up with a black Columbian coffee with erythritol.My order came in a soft mailer and not in a box so I guess that's why the internal package looked open. Probably not the best way to ship but if the pods aren't broken, that's all that matters. Today I ordered 2 more boxes so that's 4 so far. I will reorder when these are gone.

This coffee is very good tasting.

I really enjoyed the flavor as iced coffee.

Is good but you need to be careful with the amount of water that you use, if not the taste is just water

Love that I can have this coffee on my keto diet with a little sugar free coffee cream it isGreat!

It’s Keto friendly, with all the “keto” ingredients already in the coffee and the Caramel Macchiato tastes great!!
