I am buying more. I have a spine disease and this has been helping me with inflammation and swelling. I recommend this to anyone that isn't allergic to any of the ingredients. Also it doesn't taste that bad either. I have been noticing my sleep pattern is getting better bc I don't have to be up and down all night like normal

I really enjoy taking this supplement. The taste is outstanding, but only if you like strong cinnamon and ginger flavors. I wish it helped with more joint pain and swelling, but it does as good as most everything else I have tried. Definitely value for the money.

STRONG tumeric taste. It's a lil spicy but I like that. I'm not a fan of having to consume 3 at a time . The price is good. Just wish they would put more in the bottle for at least a months serving.

These have a great taste but they arrived kind of melted together. I don't think the quality has been compromised but it's annoying they have melted together in one big block and I have to break them off one at a time.
