I really like this. I live in an apartment below my son and family. Not many bugs but for the occasional ones this is easy to kill them without spraying bug spray. If my grandkids are down here they do it for me.

Used for grain moths. Grandson raced around when he came and caught them. Hard to get rid of but this keeps them away for awhile. Daughter used for flies (all gone). Batteries last for months so far. Most of the moths are stuck to the wand and you can easily turn it over and dump them in the garbage.

Unlike rechargeable swats the battery operation and replacement is simple and quick once the charge is depleted. The electrical current is not quite strong enough to drop large house flies with a single swat. Larger house flies will need a second or third electrical jolt.

The plastic is noticeably thicker compared to every other electric fly swatter I tried from amazon. This looks like something that will last a decent amount of time and won't fall apart within a month or so. 10/10.It works just as well too and is a lot cheaper than the others.It's a big harder to use because it's smaller. However, you could argue that the smaller racket area actually has some advantages because it makes it easier to get into tight spaces and you're less likely to whack stuff you didn't mean to. So it's more of a precision instrument. Takes slightly more skill but not hard to use overall.

One of the nicest bug zapper I’ve ever ordered. It’s well built and zaps flys in an instant. I would buy another one if this one ever breaks.

So I've had this bug zapper for a little bit and have been enjoying it immensely. I noticed the last time I used it the battery compartment lid kept popping off when I swung the racket at a bug, exposing the batteries. Thus allowing the bugs to get away. When I put the lid back on the battery compartment I noticed a crack in the handle next to the battery compartment which proved to be a weak area. The zapper still works. It's just I had to tape it up to make the handle stronger so the cover would stop popping off when I would swing at a bug. Which can be annoying. I taped it up. So now when I change the batteries I have to remove all the tape. That's the reason I changed my review from five stars to three.

Product works very well. My only suggestion would be to include the batteries because we don’t always have batteries laying around so I had to go out and buy some just to be able to use it asap and get these flies.
