Good little case for insulin pens
Nice little case, not sure what it should be like as I just started using insulin. It holds the Lantus Solostar pen and has room for 5 BD needle tip (is that what they're called?). It is a good price and if it lasts a year I would feel I got more than my money's worth out of it. Fits easily on my backpack when travelling, Has room for some alcohol wipes (not many, I ran out my first trip with it) but enough for about 3 days. I keep the pen in it when I am at home also, makes it easy to store it and keep everything together. In addition to the little pouch for alcohol wipes there is a little clear plastic pouch that I created a little info sheet with my name and emergency info including all of my medications. I would recommend it if you need something like it. I will buy another one if this wears out.

Perfect for daily injection of Toujeo
I use Toujeo, which is used at room temperature. The pen cases I first found included cold packs and were kind of pricey. I was thrilled to find this small, simple case which securely holds the pen, five sharps, and alcohol wipes. I previously had a much larger case, and the pen and sharps slid out when I opened it. This little case has simplified my routine. I wish it held 7 sharps instead of 5, so I could refill it once a week, but that’s a minor quibble. If you inject once a day and don’t need refrigeration, this will definitely become your new best friend.

Close enough to perfect for me; SO CLOSE to being a 5 star!
With a few tweaks, this would be a PERFECT insulin travel case. First, add another identical sleeve for a second pen. This shouldn't be a problem, since there's plenty of room. Second, the needles are a real pain to insert, and then they come out of the little holders. Just add some velcro to the pocket that's already there and make it slightly larger. The cherry on top would be if you could design a tube that could be frozen and carried in the spot where the little holders are now. I have been diabetic for over 30 years, and I really love the size and ease of use of this carrier. It slips easily into even a small evening bag, and is unobtrusive. It's the best I've found anywhere, and even without the improvements, I will buy it again. As a matter of fact, I probably need to buy a spare in case something happens to this one!

Thin but protective.
Nice organizer designed for a single Ozempic type 4 dose pen. Holds 6 needles, a sleeve for one pen, window slot for RX info, and a pocket for alcohol wipes. It fits well in my ice pack travel case after I remove the original organizer, making it easy to keep cool. It would hold 2 pens and extra loose needles if needed.

Very useful, and fits in my purse just great
Use this very often if we’re going out to eat. Carries my diabetic shots, which have to be given 5-10 minutes before eating.

Nice quality and good case my wife is happy with it.

Absolutely not worth the money, it's horrible and ripples up when you use the storage to hold the insulin needles. Very cheap and nasty looking.

Excellent replacement case for my humapen. My pen fits perfectly, loads of room for needles. Unfortunately only available in black at the time I bought it, apparently there are other colours. Amazon needs to get some more of these and more colours!
