So much fun — hilariously clever and surprisingly strategic!
So much fun — hilariously clever and surprisingly strategic! Organ Attack has quickly become one of my favorite card games to play with friends and family. The concept is brilliant — you’re literally battling each other’s organs — and it makes for endless laughter and funny table talk. The artwork is adorable and witty, and the cards are packed with clever humor that keeps everyone entertained. What I love most is that it’s easy to learn but still has enough strategy to keep things interesting. Games move quickly, so we always end up playing multiple rounds. It’s also the kind of game that works with both casual players and people who really like to get competitive. If you’re looking for a party game that’s quirky, creative, and guaranteed to bring out some big laughs, Organ Attack is a must-have. Highly recommend it for game nights — it never fails to be a hit!

This game is original, fun, and a must-have for every family.
This was one of the best games I've ever played. We played last night with 5 players, ranging in age from 8 to 80. We all had a great time of strategy, revenge, passing the common cold to each other, and attacking organs. We made good use of the vaccine and immunity cards while doing an audit of each other's hands. Lots of action! Highly recommended!

family fun
Gave it to my daughter, SIL and grandkids for Christmas as they enjoy playing games as a family. They LOVED it. They said it was a lot of fun, some darker humor but very funny. And it has an educational component to it as well. Glad I chose this one out of the many I looked at.

Great gag gift!
Well, this game sounds hillarious. Looks easy to learn given recommended age range. Big box to travel with on a plane so it may stay at my house though little “travelability”, gameplay looks silly fun and quality appears decemt. We’ll play Christmas Day for the first time. Gag Christmas gift for med student. Shhhh! Don’t tell! So far seems like a quality gag gift with good value for the laughs!

Great game, definitely recommend!
A fun game that is easy to learn. We played this on vacation with family and it was easy for everyone to quickly learn. It may not be interesting for younger kids though. It can be played with 2 people, but more players is more fun. I'd definitely recommend this for everyone middle school age and up. I bought this as a gift for my daughter who is in a nursing program.

Danger - it may break your friendship
Great themed card game. I've been playing with my residency friends for annual get together for past 4 years. I don't bring the whole box though it comes with clever "book box" container, I put it in paper card deck case x2. Easy to take it with me. This game has caused much fun, laughter, thrill, anxiety, and argument. You don't need medical background or knowledge to play but if you do, it adds additional level of depth (more like appreciation) to the game. Some instructions are not super clear such as using vaccines & making people sleep - we improvised and implemented our own rules that made sense. Such a great fun. Unfortunately this game has caused such a strain in our friendship among few of our friends. Play it with caution. It's best to play with 4 people. Definitely worth playing at least once or twice.

Fun game for adults…not 8 as suggested
I originally purchased this as a Xmas gift for my daughter who is a pretty advanced 8 year old but my husband and I and our adult friends decided to demo it beforehand. It’s rather complicated! It was fun and amusing how the ailments can attack and kill the organs but I think rather difficult for anyone under a teen to really grasp.

Easy to learn and fun!
Lots of fun for all grandkids from 27 years old down to 10 years old. I also have enjoyed playing (85) years old!
