I own two of these bottles, like them very much until the cap failed on one of them. These bottles come with two caps one is solid the other has a strap. One would think it could be carried by the strap but the outer portion of the cap slipped off, apparently not glued well. The bottle fell and broke. This is what you need to be aware of: Although the seller states a warranty for defects, it is impossible to contact them, (made in China) when I reached out to Amazon, they could not provide the seller information but said they would refund me. Next problem, Amazon Whole Foods would not take the bottle back because it was broken, they suggested I contact Amazon Customer Service, what a nightmare that was took a very long time to connect with someone, they finally told me it was refunded and the refund had been used for a purchase that I have no knowledge of and it never showed up in my account in anyway. Stolen refund is what it seems to be. Very unhappy with Amazons response. Warning never request an amazon credit, always request refund to your credit card. Beware of any warranty products that do not display contact information Picture shows the cap still on and the outer shell with strap that separated. If you decide to purchase these bottles don't use the strap cap.

I'm very happy with this water bottle. I wanted a sanitary option to replace my habit of using purchased bottles of water which I reused for a while then recycled. I also definitely wanted to avoid any sort of top with a straw or flip top or anything else that would require a brush to clean. This bottle comes with a nice bamboo top as well as a metal lid with a strap. I prefer the look of the bamboo top, but since the bamboo top is not DW safe, I've opted for the metal lid.

I ordered a bottle for my husband and one for myself. We like them. They are well made and the caps are also well made. They are a healthier choice when it comes to drinking bottles.

True to their guarantee to replace the bottle if it broke, they did just that. I was horrified when I knocked it over and it crashed to the floor and shattered above the silicone sleeve. I sent photos and they immediately sent a replacement. I love the bottle and use it mostly at home - filled 3 times it makes getting enough water much easier for me - almost 8 glasses (7-1/2). It’s a little heavy and I like that. It perfectly meets my needs.
