Seems to give me some added energy.

I have an illness where I have to take some very sedating medications. Half of my awake time is spent feeling very doped up. This medication cuts through the brain fog and allows me to be productive. I would have given it five stars, but I wish it came in a tablet form that could be cut. A word of caution. Do eat before as directed, and monitor your blood pressure on your first use. Like most stimulants, it may become less effective over time. In this case stop using for a few days.

This product is all that it advertises to be. I have been taking it under a month and hope I never have to be without it.
