This blanket is so cool and I love that it came in the cutest pouch. It’s soft too and both my dogs love it. Although I wouldn’t keep it in the car 24/7 because it’s too hot where I live I do take it in and out of the car with me so it stays cool for our pups car rides. I do put the blanket back in the pouch after each use and refrigerate it for 20 min so it’s extra cool before we venture out I like that there isn’t any toxic gel or other harmful chemicals and no bad smell. It is a lightweight blanket but it is a nice layer on top of our car mat or dog beds and it’s also a good option for outdoor areas on hot stone patios or wood decks to cool down my dogs and preserve their elbows and paw pads The pouch is great to store the blanket and keeps it clean and ready to take to any outings or travels.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Blanket is Pure Magic! I have no idea why there are mixed reviews on this product. This blanket is magical. I don’t know what kind of NASA science they’re using, but it genuinely stays cool all the time. Even when you just touch it, it’s cool, despite the description saying it activates with body heat. My dogs absolutely love it. I initially bought one, and by the end of the day, I was so impressed that I ordered another. I rarely write reviews or rave about products, but I am genuinely baffled that anyone would say this isn’t effective. This is hands down an amazing blanket. For reference, I have small dogs, but I purchased the extra-extra-large size. It’s perfect for keeping in the car, draping over the couch, or giving them a cool spot wherever they like to relax. If you’re on the fence, trust me—this blanket is worth it.

I bought it for my 90lb husky/golden retriever mix who has an increasingly hard time cooling off as she gets older. Summers here are in the 90s and she starts panting at 65 degrees so I needed something that worked. This item is cool to the couch, which I was excited about when I first opened it up. My dog laid on it for a little while and after about 10 minutes I checked the temperature. The part that she made direct contact with was very warm, and so was she. It seems to just soak up her heat. The surrounding areas were still cold. The blanket also warms up very quickly in the sun. My dog has no preference with the blanket, her regular ones, the hardwood floor, or a carpet. There is no clear indicator that this blanket can cool my dog down. Another disappointment.

I’m always skeptical of good reviews but gave this cooling mat a shot. It is amazing! My 2 Chi’s immediately took to it! I placed my hand on it and it actually feels cool! The material is also very soft. This is perfect for hot weather. I’ve yet to try it outside when I take them on their pet stroller to the park. But for the price this is great quality & comes with a nice carry bag too! Highly recommend!

I like the idea of this to help keep my dog cool. it was not durable for my 190 pound American bull dog, he ripped it up to shreds. It was a great idea but not for my dog. It did not keep cool for very long especially on hot days.

I received my cooled down inspector tail a day early. I am very happy with the size, the texture, the coolness and the design. I also like the little bag to store it in. My fur babies they LOVE it. As soon as I got it out of the box I couldn’t even lay it down on the floor and get it out of the bag without them being nosey. I laid it out and my older dog she laid down and was in paradise. My younger dog she loves it also she just sits and looks around. I would definitely recommend this. I can’t wait to try it outside.

Good to help keep your fur babies cool. Fits well in crate. My dog loved to lay on it in the summer.

My boy was recently diagnosed with Cushing's, but while we were going through all the testing for that diagnosis, he was panting a LOT and got easily overheated. My mom suggested I order him something like this and I was skeptical it would work or that he'd even lay on it.. I ordered a Large size (he's a 20lb Boston terrier) because I figured if it warms up the way my human "cooling mattress" does, he could at least roll over to where it's still cool. It surprised me that he does lay on it quite a bit and every time I touch it, it does feel cool to the touch, even after he's been laying on it. No water, no freezer, no nothing. I'll give him an ice cube on it sometimes and he just goes to town on it. It is kind of flimzy and moves easily, but I think the larger size helps with that because his whole body fits easily on it and theres more room around him so he ends up holding it down himself rather than shoving any edges under him. Now that he's started medication for Cushing's and the weather has been cooler, he doesn't lay on it as often, but it's still nice to have. Sometimes if I get hot (and he's not laying on it), I wrap it around my bare arms and it cools me right down!
