Good product
During the time of sleeping, early morning my throat would dry due to sleeping in airconditioner room. After using this humidifier my throat dryness was reduced almost 80 percent. Very useful product

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT..AFTER SALE SERVICE IS WORST
I bought this product in the 2nd week of Sep, the tank started leaking water from the bottom within 2 months. Called their customer service, they said a tech person would reach us within 48 hrs..after 1 week I called back again and they said they will arrange for a call back the next day. Someone called Nasifal messaged on WhatsApp asking to share invoice and video of the product and I shared the same video attached above and he simply stopped responding. It's very difficult to reach customer service, sometimes it rings, sometimes it says this number does not exist and sometimes it goes into voice mail. You will have to attempt atleast 10 times before you can reach someone to talk to. If you are ready to splurge money on a 3rd grade product that will work based on your luck, then by all means go ahead and spend 2500/-. It's as good as tearing up those notes and throwing them in the dustbin.

Amazing customer support and product!!!
So thanks for the resolution Agaro customer case team. My Humidifier had a water leak from the bottom and I reported the same with the Agaro Customer Care. The customer care executive (Arnab Paul) to us was very helpful in helping me diagnose the issue myself first and raised for the replacement when the device was defective.

Excellent customer service
Worked fine for first 7 months after purchase but suddenly stopped working. However their customer support is excellent. They tried to resolve the issue first and then provided immediate replacement within 2 days of complaint.
