they work if u get bloated but don’t take 2 at once because i had heart palpitations and they might be hard to swallow if you’re not amazing at taking tablets but if you’re used to a bigger sized paracetamol it’ll be okay :)

I suffer from TMJ clenching my teeth this has really helped I take them on a large spoon with yogurt makes easy to swallow also take after breakfast on a full stomach highly recommend

Contains a higher amount of Potassium and Chloride compared to some other products. The individual tablets measurement in gramms are given as a whole Potassium/Chloride so alwys check the ratio between the two. Good product.

No problems encountered

I think the quality is probably decent, but the tablet is just far too big, and sticks because it's very powdery. It sometimes hurts when it sticks in the throat. I will be looking for another

Great price for these and they seem to deliver the necessary dosage of potassium. However, they're uncoated and they 1) stick in my and my husband's throats and 2) have a horrible flavor--really salty. Good price but I'm not sure I can deal any longer than I need to without a coated tablet.
