It is a very useful set, even if you are not a physician, you can still use it to monitor rehab progress. I use them for wrist rehab.

So the grippers are great for building hand strength. I ordered because my physical therapist has me using these and they are helping. However, when I got them I originally thought they only worked by each digit and not for the whole hand like I used at physical therapy. But the black rubber gripper comes off and is interchangeable to improve hand strength as a whole and by each digit. So when you order this, if you need for the whole hand just switch the black gripper to the other side. Product works great!

I was reluctant to order these because I had seen one of the CanDo Digi-Flex exercisers like some reviewers mention where the guide peg does not fit well into the hole. However, it appears that all of mine work like the best I've seen at my therapist's office. On each one, the peg goes smoothly in the hole, whether I press the whole apparatus or one finger at a time. They seem well made and certainly provide enough resistance. I hope that any manufacturing difficulty has been overcome. Otherwise, I am thankful that I got a very good set.

Good range of hand exercisers in terms of varying levels of tension to choose from. I opted for the package since I was recovering from a broken wrist and strength still progressing at the time. I still use them regularly as part of my routine workouts since they are great to exercise hand strength. I take them on the road with me as well to compliment my workouts on the road. Recommend this product definitely.

I got this set of finger exercisers for my mom after she mentioned some dexterity loss and what she perceived as weakness in her fingers. The exercisers are well made, don't have a "cheap" feel, and are comfortable to use. I've used the exercisers, too, and they seem to fit an average adult's hands well. The lower part that sits on the palm is curved, and I think it makes a huge differene in comfort level. It's nice that they come in a set. My mom found it motivating to be able to manipulate the lighter levels easily then move to a more difficult level for a challenge. We haven't had these long enough to see any big changes, but she's using them daily...and that's a great start.

Habe mir letzte Woche das hier angebotene 5er Set Digi-Flex Trainingsgeräte bestellt. Geht man nach dem Angebotstitel und der Beschreibung, so sollte man annehmen, man bekäme 5 Digi-Flex Fingertrainingsgeräte in unterschiedlichen Stärken, ähnlich dem Angebot mit dem 5er-Set im Schaudisplay. Meine Vermutung war, dass man sich lediglich mit der Produktgrafik vertan hat. Leider ist es genau umgekehrt! Bei diesem Produkt handelt es sich (wie am Bild zu sehen) um Therapieknetmasse. Von den Trainingsgeräten keine Spur ... Produkttitel und -beschreibung sind damit absolut irreführend und entsprechen nicht dem tatsächlichen Produkt. Schade und ärgerlich! Die Bestellung geht noch diese Woche retour ...
