Q: How do I install it properly so it won’t come loose?

Clean the dashboard with the included cleaning kit, firmly press the base onto a smooth, untextured surface, and then push down the locking latch. See the installation video for detailed instructions.

Q: Will the suction cup come loose from my dashboard easily when driving?

No. The suction cup attaches securely and locks onto your dashboard for total stability over even the bumpiest roads. Please see the attached video for further details.

Q: If I’m driving on very bumpy roads, will my phone fall off?

I did tried some bumpy roads with my 2018 Escalade and that cellphone ( iPhone 13 ProMax ) did not fell So my answer should be it does not fall, at least in my case.

Q: Can I use it if my iPhone has a case on?

This charger is only compatible with iPhone with magsafe case.
