The retro styling of the watch makes it stand out. It reminds you of the 1970's and Soviet era. It has a nice green dial, clear numbering and the lume is bright in poor light making it easy to tell time. I would consider another Vostok watch in the future.

I love the style of this watch. Its not vintage but I feel like I have a part of Soviet history. The iconic red star and the fighter jet have brought on many compliments and a couple of interesting conversations. I think that one guy I told about it was going to buy himself one. Has to be wound everyday but keeps pretty good time....I haven't checked to see how much time +/- I'm getting. Very unique watch if you're like me and want what nobody else has.

Very well finished case. Face is incredible looking especially at this price point. The band is the only thing that let's watch down. I replaced the band with an o.d. green NATO one that looks fantastic with the green face. Accuracy is adequate at about +20 sec a day, which is common on a mechanical watch. I like it and would recommend it as a great every day watch you won't find every day.

This is my second Vostok timepiece, and I am now happy with both. I love the aviator styling, (especially the fighter plane on the dial. It looks very cool). It's a little smaller than watches I'm used to wearing, at 38mm, but it shows a little larger on the wrist. Just replace the strap! It's not so great. As you can see in my photos, I ordered a Breitling style strap, and it looks much better. Overall, a nice piece.

I love my watch! It's build quality is fantastic and keeps time well. It was well worth the wait. The fist one I ordered got lost at customs so I contacted the seller and he sent me another promptly.

I did not have high expectations but it managed to disappoint me. It's supposed to be automatic but if I don't wind it, it stops even while wearing it. Maybe not made for office workers activity levels? In general it has a cheap look. The case's star shape is a novelty, but meh. Package and strap are also trash. Sending it back.

If you have a big wrist pay a little extra and get yourself a Vostok Amphibian ... besides that shipping was really fast .. nice watch

It’s a very nice little watch that can take a beating. Very reliable for the price and very stylish. It’s no wonder why Russian soldiers rely on this watch

It' s not my first Watch of thet manufacturer. Bought two withing 7 days. Shipped very quickly; quality box with little chocolate from Russia I love very much! About Watch : Very good definition, good materials, quality leather. Watch looks very nice, classy, and beautiful. You wear it and you feel it; no batery, manually recharging wound and it keeps moving as mentionned not less than 36 hrs, That;s true and I think it keeps moving longer. Luminous hands and markings are very useful. People asking me where did I buy it. I love this Watch. I suggest this watch as a gift or just if you love wearing watches and not checking the time on cell phone.

Received my first Russian watch today and likely my last. Not sure if it's for children as the band is VERY small. Unusual pull out crown function and bizarre date adjust add to my disappointment with this piece. Not recommended.
